Our rates have been lowered due to no boats or jet skis allowed to launch from any public ramps. Public ramps are closed as a preventive measure to help stop the introduction of a new, invasive species of mussel (the Golden Mussel). Shoreline & dock fishing, swimming, kayaking and other non-motorized activities are still allowed. As long as the public ramps remain closed, we will keep our rates at the lower level. BUT, fun is still happening at the lake! BBQing, lakeside firepit and all around good times with family and friends is just a booking away! Take advantage of our lower rates!

6 PERSON MAX STILL IN AFFECT
If you're planning to invite additional guests beyond 6 people anytime during your stay, please keep searching. We do not allow more than 6 persons ANYTIME during your stay. No additional visitors. Our neighbors are very close by and expect us to abide by the 6 person max regulation that we've put in place. Violation of this regulation will result in immediate eviction, loss of all rents and deposit. We are trying to keep our rental license and be able to continue to offer this wonderful rental on the lake.

The H2O Bungalow is a charming lakefront home that sits in a private cove shared by only a few other homes, away from the busy North Shore area of the lake.

Newly renovated & tastefully decorated with a flair for fun in the sun! Huge upper deck with breathtaking views. Lakeside patio with seating and propane fire feature makes for the perfect setting for a family BBQ or dancing the night away!

Boat slip & dock, and private cove swim area. You can fish right off your own dock or from shore.

The house is light and bright. Large living room with open beam ceiling and picture window that boasts our beautiful lake and mountain views. Enjoy your coffee, or glass of wine next to the warming electric fireplace. There's a 42' Flat screen Tv and DVD player.

The kitchen has all appliances, utensils and dishes needed to prepare delicious meals. Stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster.

The fully furnished bedrooms, both with cable tv's, are comfortable and cozy.

Bunk Room---sleeps 4 with twin bunk bed, separate full bed.

Primary bedroom--sleeps 2 with queen bed & connecting 1/2 bath

Main bathroom with toilet, shower, sink

Plenty of seating for a party of 6 at the dining table as well as in the living room and outside decks.

Washer & dryer is on site.
