Coastal style carriage house. Clean, modern and sunny 2 bedroom, 1 bath with garage. Perfect for couples and small families, max 4 including children. Keypad entry system. Located 300 feet from the beach walkover on a quiet dead-end street, east of Beach Blvd. Lifeguard during summer months. WIFI. central heat and a/c. Vaulted ceilings throughout with over-sized windows and seeded glass transoms, giving a spacious feel. 2 BR, one king, one queen bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. 50" TV in the LR. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, outdoor hot water shower. Downstairs is a laundry room with HE washer/dryer and access to the garage where beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella are located. Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen with island, granite countertops, stainless appliances: d/w, microwave, glass top electric range, toaster oven, side by side refrigerator with ice maker. Dining and living area with French doors opening to a small balcony with 2 chairs & ceiling fan. Comfortable mattresses and quality linens. A short distance from the soft white sand beach (no cars section). Explore the beaches, activities, sightseeing, live entertainment and great dining of St. Augustine! Eight bar/restaurants and beach stores are within short walking distance. Nearby, visit the Beach Pier for fishing and the splash park, volley ball and free outdoor live music events. A farmers market is held every Wednesday at the pier year-round. Every Saturday a larger farmer's market is held at the Amphitheatre until 1pm. Miniature golf is 1/2 mile away. Downtown attractions in the nation’s oldest city are only 5 miles away. Take a hop on/off trolley tour. Anastasia Shopping plaza 1 mile away with Publix Grocery, Starbucks, an Aveda salon and spa and more restaurants.
Take Surf lessons from 'The Pit Surf Shop' a block away, rent surfboards or join their surf camp activities. Walk to several casual restaurants. Enjoy having your own home away from home a few steps from the beach and a short drive to historic downtown.

We loved our stay at the carriage house! It was perfect for the two of us. The house was very clean and bright and fully stocked. We even had fresh flowers on the table! The bathroom was quite large with a very nice shower stall. We stayed in the bedroom with the king-sized bed, which was very comfortable. There is a full-sized washer and dryer. The house is in a great location. We have family in the immediate area, so it was nice for them to walk over too. Pat and John were great hosts!We will definitely stay here again, and look forward to the next time!!!

Fantastic rental home. Perfectly located close to several restaurants and the beach. Great beach access. The neighborhood is extremely quiet with minimal traffic. The home’s interior is tastefully decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean. Garage was convenient for storing all of our beach gear. We absolutely loved our ten day stay and this home certainly exceeded all of our expectations. Pat is extremely thoughtful, helpful and quick to respond to all inquiries. We are looking forward to returning.

Perfect in the sea of choices!

This charming, modern beach carriage house is perfect if you’re looking to enjoy the heart of St. Augustine Beach. Laid back neighborhood just a few steps from beach boardwalk. Can glimpse the ocean out the living room window. Walk 350’ to coffeehouse. Amazing. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this place was the *cleanest*. The bedding was superb. High quality throughout. If you are looking for a place to stay on St Augustine beach this is the place for you! The owners of the property are extremely helpful if you ever have any issues, and the house was beautiful. Relaxing and Peaceful Getaway

We recently had our first getaway in a long time, and this property was the perfect choice for a much-needed break. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-equipped and comfortable the space was. Great location, walkable to beach, The Pit surf shop, good coffee, and restaurants. Interior and furnishings very nice. Great little deck. Two driveways for parking was a real plus if you have friends visiting.

Wonderful!

We had never been to St. Augustine before but we always like to combine the beach and history, so this place looked like it fit our needs perfectly. The place is exactly like the pictures. It was so clean and just beautiful inside and we felt right at home. There are several restaurants there on the island, but St. Augustine proper was just a few short minutes away. The beach is a short walk away, and the neighborhood was very quiet and and very nice. I highly recommend this placeif you're going to be in the area!

We moved to St. Augustine North City area in 2005 from Point Lookout, NY after friends moved here and introduced us to this wonderful place. We searched for a property near the beach where we could build a fabulous home for us and a unique vacation rental next door. We wanted to live next to our rental so we could be available to our guests if needed, yet private for us and our guests. We accomplished our goal and hope you love St. Augustine Beach and our vacation rental house as much as we do.

We are on a short block to the beach walkover on the east side of Beach Blvd. with no thru traffic.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love the location because you can walk to restaurants and hear the ocean from the house. You can walk and be on the beach in a few minutes. We like that our beach is on the side where cars are not allowed. We are on a quiet street yet close to activities, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping. The house was constructed with energy efficiency in mind with a metal roof and solar panels. We built the guest house as though it was for ourselves and strive to make our guests as comfortable as possible, always updating and maintaining cleanliness.
