Welcome to Fedderwardersiel! Our 85 m² holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests and is just 200 m from the North Sea (5 minutes’ walk to the beach). The property features 3 bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, a baby cot without mattress, and a high chair.



Outdoor Area & Extras:



Enjoy a private garden with covered terrace, barbecue, and playground. There is a storage room for bikes or motorbikes and a private parking space at the house.



Laundry service: Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. You can rent these on site for an extra fee.



Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed (for an extra fee, payable on site).



House Rules & Cleanliness:



Non-smoking house; no parties or events allowed.



Please leave the house tidy: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, empty fridge and dishwasher.



Guests must thoroughly clean the barbecue after use. Barbecue cleaning is not included in the cleaning service. If left dirty, extra cleaning charges may apply.



Pets are not allowed on sofas, armchairs, chairs, or in beds. Please bring your own pet bedding or blankets.



Significant breaches of house rules or heavy soiling may result in additional charges.
