Holiday Home 'Haus An Der Lauchert' with Private Terrace & Garden

The quietly located holiday home in Veringenstadt offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Spread over two floors, the house features a living room, kitchen, five bedrooms, one bathroom, and three guest WCs, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, washing machine, dryer, as well as children's books and toys. A table tennis table is also available. Two baby cots and two high chairs are provided. The private outdoor area features a garden, terrace, and barbecue.



The ground floor is partially accessible and has an additional step-free entrance. The bedroom on this floor is equipped with a height-adjustable bed, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.



From the house, you have direct access to the river, where you can swim. Canoes (two singles and one double) are available on request. From March 15 to July 15, canoeing on the Lauchert is not permitted due to the breeding season.



Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Five parking spaces are available on the property, with additional free parking on the street. One pet is allowed on the ground floor. Smoking is not permitted.
