Are you looking for that special place to take a break and enjoy a weekend retreat, honeymoon, or family vacation? We invite you to experience and enjoy a vacation at our North Mission Beach ocean front vacation property.

Imagine walking into a beautiful beachfront property and starting the day in the living room or dining room with your favorite beverage using the Internet with our wireless connection, while looking out at the dolphins swimming by and surfers catching the waves.

Imagine sitting out on the patio in the afternoon taking in a little sun while reading your favorite book. Imagine walking barefoot on the beach with a family member or significant other and watching a spectacular sunset. Imagine preparing that special meal, enjoying a candlelight dinner, and enjoying our new 40" television. Imagine going to sleep at night in a king sized bed with the sound of the Pacific Ocean right outside your window.

While you are enjoying your vacation at our North Mission Beach ocean front vacation rental you will have access to a one bedroom, one bathroom (525 square foot) condominium with upgraded ceiling fans, window tinting, TV/DVD/CD player, bathroom vanity, kitchen cabinets, kitchen counters, dishwasher, and microwave. A sleeper sofa will sleep two additional people.

A washer and dryer, towels, and linens will make your stay at beach recess a little more enjoyable and please take advantage of the patio area for relaxing, barbecues, and casual conversations with people passing by on the boardwalk.

When you are making vacation plans and truly want a clean, comfortable, complete, and safe condominium on the beach you really need to consider this premier North Mission Beach ocean front vacation rental. Visitors and locals agree that beach recess has one of the best views of the San Diego coastal coastline. During the summer, we only rent from Saturday - Saturday.

Wonderful property! We enjoyed hanging here and enjoying the view so much, we went wandering around less than normal. We did have one small issue, and it was taken care of promptly with no interruptions! Loved this trip, and this place was the highlight!

Great stay in San Diego

This condo was comfortable with great views. It is perfectly situated in the middle of a two-mile long stretch of beach. Being one floor above the boardwalk was nice. It was easy to drive to the Zoo, USS Midway, Torrey Pines, Point Loma and the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location was wonderful! Inside was very clean with updated furniture and appliances. TV was easy to use. Beach chairs were available. Everything was great!

Excellent place to stay

Everything was great! The view was beautiful, communication with the host was prompt and helpful, the place was super clean, the bed was comfortable. The sleeper sofa was not comfortable for sitting but would have been a good place for additional guests to sleep (except for the fact that to get to the bathroom you would have to go through the bedroom.) we had a wonderful time overall and would stay again!

Amazing beach front condo

It doesn’t get much better than this. Great view of mission beach and walking distance from the grocery store, coffee, and dining. Clean and comfortable.

Excellent Location

This was a perfect location. It is a short drive to airport. The property is right on the mission beach board walk, which allows access directly to the beach. There are many places to eat within walking distance and if you enjoy walking/running you can go for miles along the beach as well as Mission Bay. We would stay here again, for another short get away.

Mission Beach House

Great location, within walking distance to many things. The constant salty exposure to the property has taken a toll, both inside and outside could be refreshed.

Great beach retreat!

The condo was in such a great location! Right on the beach and boardwalk, within walking distance of restaurants and stores. But the best part is this location is not near any of the larger parking lots so the beach is not crowded. The condo is clean and supplied with everything you need. The windows are huge and look out right on the beach and there is a small deck with chairs so you can enjoy the view from inside or from the deck. It's perfect for a couple or family's stay at the beach.

Wave Watcher Paradise

You never leave the beach when you're staying at this gem. The second floor location / balcony and reflective windows offer plenty of privacy while you are front and center for all the action. We booked our next stay before the first one even ended. Terrific owner, very responsive.

Wonderful little gem at the beach!

We loved our week here. Such a perfect gem for a small family. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, unbeatable location! Kurt was very attentive and helpful. Plenty of restaurants right within walking distance, and a Ralphs close by. We definitely hope to be back. Thanks again!

Abstolutely perfect experience!

We loved every minute of our stay. The condo was perfect with the great views of ocean, boardwalk for people watching and sunsets. The mirrors on wall let you catch of glimpse of the ocean and sun from every angle. We opted to eat in more often to better enjoy the view. It had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. We would stay there again if returning. Overall the area was quiet at night and we could walk to get about anything we needed.

On the beach

This small apartment had everything we needed. Even a blender, toaster and washer/dryer. I might add a little color to the decor, but I really have no complaints. Thanks, Kurt.

What a delight!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ocean front condo. It was the perfect size for the two of us with everything we could possibly want. The bed is comfortable and listening to the waves at night was very relaxing. We watched yoga classes on the beach and surfing lessons in the ocean, all from our living room or the patio. Fantastic, all day beach

The property was just fantastic! The distance to the beach is literally a "stones throw" away...even if you don't throw so good! In between that distance from the patio to the beach is the boardwalk. A literal parade of people! BUT....the privacy glass makes it so NOBODY can see into the living quarters! INCREDIBLE! We will never go to another property in San Diego for Vacation!

Beach Lover Paradise

You never leave the beach when you stay at this gem. A second floor balcony overlooking the sand provides plenty of privacy while you're front and center for all the fun. Kurt is a terrific owner to work with. We'll be back.

Great access to surrounding recreational opportunities (surfing, swimming, sailing, fishing, boogey boarding, running, bicycling, and boating. The temperatures are mild, beautiful in the summer, and plenty of blue sky in the winter. This property is our favorite because it is neat clean, and the views of the dolphins, surfers, and sunsets are sensational. With a washer/dryer, WiFi, and ocean views from the bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen, you literally have everything you need to relax.
