This lovingly furnished, light-filled, and spacious 4-star vacation apartment, over 100m² in size, is located on the 2nd floor of a historic old town house in the center of Constance.



The entire apartment is stylishly and comfortably furnished to a high standard, with great attention to detail throughout.



The accommodation features exclusive real wood parquet flooring in every room. Two of the three bedrooms, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen with balcony, and the separate bathroom are all accessible from the large hallway.



The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.



Check-in is contactless via a keybox. You will receive the code after providing your guest information for the guest cards.



Upon arrival, you will receive the BODENSEECARD WEST from us. With this card, you can use public transportation in the district of Constance (including Stein am Rhein and Überlingen) free of charge, making it easy to explore the area without a car. The card also offers a 20 percent discount on Untersee boat trips, as well as reduced admission to museums and discounted rental fees for bicycles and boats.
