Johännle Vacation Home with Sauna (G34):

Thanks to its spacious 200 square meters of living space, its quiet location on the upper edge of the Reichenbach vacation village, and its on-site sauna, the “Johännle” is a unique vacation home. The unobstructed view across the vacation village to the Allgäu Mountains and the adjacent undeveloped meadows makes the house particularly attractive.

With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, it can accommodate up to ten people and is ideal for families of friends, multiple generations, or anyone who appreciates spacious rooms and comfort.

The heart of the house is the spacious living area with panoramic windows and an open kitchen featuring a dining counter. On the loft, a movie nook with a 49-inch TV and a cozy sofa invites you to relax, while on the opposite side, another dining area with a view of the meadows invites you to linger.

The first floor features two bedrooms, a living room/bedroom, and two bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms with an extra bathroom are located on the upper floor. Thus, the house offers plenty of space for spending time together, as well as ample private retreats for peace and relaxation.

The south-facing balcony in front of the living room is perfect for sunbathing, while the terrace with a grill area borders directly on the meadows and offers a magnificent view of the Allgäu countryside.

The basement features a laundry room, a sauna (for a fee plus utility costs), and a double garage with a ping-pong table.

The “Johännle” is not only an ideal starting point for numerous excursions into the diverse natural landscape of the Allgäu, but also a place to relax and enjoy yourself—whether playing, reading, relaxing, or a cozy movie night.
