Location - Location - Location! If your holiday home isn’t where you want it to be - that’s a problem. So we picked our holiday home to be as close to what we think is the best skiing in the world - Deer Valley - as we could find!

Our full kitchen with all the pots and pans you have at home means meals are easy to make. But you don’t have to eat in - there are restaurants to the left and right - although I think the ones in Heber City offer better value for money than the ones in Park City. Check them out - you decide.

Spring Summer and Fall - it’s about the fresh air, and enormous number of golf courses, hiking trails, biking trails, and boating options. Winter is all about winter sports - and why we think the Theatre is special. You can be at the Deer Valley Gondola within 3 minutes. I dare you get something closer at an affordable price.

Why not wake up to a Glorious View of the Mayflower Ski Area of Deer Valley Resort. Admire Sunset over Bald Mountain from your own private Deck. Cook in our gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, Circulon Pots and Pans, Designer selected Ceramic Dishware, Gas Stove, Convention Microwave, Double Sink, and Giant Fridge. Lounge in leather sofas and chairs and go to bed in a Queen Sized Bed snuggled under a warm duvet.

Need privacy in the morning? No worries. With two full bathrooms - you don't have to share. The master features a brand new double headed walk in shower that has to be seen to be believed. The guest bathroom is standard with a tub/shower arrangement. But both are huge.

There are also two huge TV's (65' 3D 4K in the living room, 47' in the bedroom) - both with over 200 channels, Bose Sound Bar (you've never heard sound like this) and Blu-ray 3D DVD players if you want to watch some of the Fab movies we've supplied - all on the theme of Opulent Travel.

You can even pick your place for breakfast - eat at the over-sized granite counter top, or at the dinning table, or - if you are feeling bistro - there's a fab bistro set in the living room that takes advantage of the amazing view.

Need some action? No problem. Just 3 minutes away is the Deer Valley Gondola - access to some of the finest skiing in North America. Deer Valley has been the #1 Resort in the US for years - and in 2013 was crowned #1 resort for Grooming. But don't believe me - when you are just 3 minutes from skiing - getting first tracks is super easy!

Want to try some of the other amazing ski resorts near by? Park City Mountain Resort is just 15 minutes away, Canyons is a bare 17 minutes. And Snowbird and Alta, Brighton and Solitude are under a hour. There's so much skiing to do - you can stay for a week - and never ski the same run twice.

But if you are like me - once you've skied Deer Valley - you just won't stop!

And it's incredible the people you can meet skiing there. I spent 1/2 a day with Mark Noelke - the US Olympic Nordic Combined Coach - just 6 days before he and his team jetted off to Sochi to compete. What a nice guy he was too!

But enough about the skiing. In addition to our designer decorated one-bedroom Condo - you'll have all the facilities of The Lodge at Stillwater at your disposal.

There's a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, 3 year round hot tubs for private soaking, a game room, an exercise room - and free parking.

Thinking summer? We've got that covered too! We're just seconds from the Jordenalle Resevoir with boating, kayaking, and other water sports to enjoy. The mountain biking options are outstanding - and start at the base of the Gondola - so just 3 minutes away.

There are literally dozens of restaurants within a 15 minute drive - from the amazingly upscale restaurants at the St. Regis and the Montage - to more affordable choices like the outstanding Mexican options in Midway.
