Mountain and Ski Slope Views from this Third Floor Rustic Mountain Retreat are Fabulous (2 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms) here at Black Bear Lodge across the street from Silver Lake Village in Upper Deer Valley! Winter & Summer is bustling on the mountains. The lifts (5-minute walk) take you to some of the most incredible ski and bike runs. Whether it is hiking, fishing, Olympic Training Center, there is something for everyone. Summertime is a great time to shop the 'Old Towne' art galleries, and restaurants, as many offer great 2/1 meal specials. Whether it is skiing, mountain biking, strolling glamorous Silver Lake Village, enjoying the private hot tub on the deck, or just enjoying a good book … this is the place to be!

After your scenic 45 minute 'easy' drive from Salt Lake City Airport, drive into your underground heated parking lot, unload the car(s), and step into the very convenient garage elevator that will whisk you away and up to the open-air third-floor rustic-wood walkway, step out of the elevator and there you are just steps from warmth, your full kitchen and breakfast bar, custom rustic furnishings, interior log accents, a natural stone gas fireplace, 2 En suite Bedrooms with king size beds and whirlpool baths, and picturesque mountain views as far as the eyes can see.

Included for our guests: Private hot tub on the deck, gas fireplace, wireless internet access, three TVS, full kitchen, elevator access, heated underground parking. This unit has 3 full bathrooms.

Also included: Private stacked washer/dryer

Black Bear Lodge amenities: Heated outdoor pool and spa (Summer and Fall), BBQ area and exercise room for the entire complex.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend the property. The property was well equipped, well-maintained, comfortable, and the location can't be beat. The owners were so thoughtful and checked in to be sure we were enjoying our stay. Loved the private hot tub, the three bathrooms, laundry, and accessibility to the mountain. I would highly recommend this property! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Amazing DV condo!

We loved this condo so much! Cozy and just perfect after a day at the slopes, which are minutes away by foot. Comfy beds, nice kitchen, lots of water pressure and lots of hot water! We really hope to return!

Amazing condo with an amazing location

The perfect condo for a family ski vacation at Deer Valley. Just a few minute walk to the chair lifts and Silver Lake lodge, you have everything you need at your doorstep. The condo itself is tremendous, from the well stocked kitchen to the super comfortable living room and bedrooms. Hosts are also super accommodating and kind. Will definitely rebook when our family comes back next year.

Our stay was short, but the whole family enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo, and the view was so pretty. Enjoyed the fireplace and the stocked kitchen with coffee for the adults and hot coco for the kids.

Nice location with comfortable accommodations.

Just minutes from Park City Main Street and across the street from Stein Erickson Lodge. Two comfortable and spacious bed rooms each with onsuites. Hot tub on the deck and full stocked kitchen. We had a great weekend enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Great property, great location

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. A quick & easy walk, even in ski boots, to the lifts! And free ski/pole storage at the lifts made it all so convenient. The property is upscale and the folks in the lobby couldn't have been more helpful. We didn't expect a free car service but they insisted. And our driver appreciated the tips. A wonderful experience at Deer Valley indeed.

Great Location and Responsive Host

Spent time here with the family for skiing at Deer Valley. Only issue was the foldout couch bed in one of the bedrooms made it difficult to get to the bathroom. Other than that everything was great. We needed some additional wash clothes and the host responded immediately and we had more the next day. Would stay again!

Our family has been coming to Deer Valley and Park City for many years, and it has been a dream of ours to have a place of our own that we can use and share here in Silver Lake Village. From the first day skiing here in Deer Valley--30 years ago-- we couldn't help but be impressed by the ambiance here at the village. In particular, there were 2 things (little touches) that we remember from that first day skiing here... back in the 80's ... in Deer Valley that remain to this day:

There was a soft snow falling, and we were just getting ready to take our first 'chair lift' of the day when one of the ski lift attendants quietly and professionally, and with a smile, swept the accumulating snow off our seats just as we were about to sit down. As we looked back, we noticed that all of the guests/skiers were receiving this beyond-the-call-of-duty treatment! Wow! What a nice touch...

Another touch: Deer Valley was serving meals on real plates and with real silverware (not paper plates and plastic utensils) ... something that was unheard of at the time in the 1980's... at least at ski resorts..

So much for the old memories ... and here's to the new memories yet to be lived!

Unique Benefits: As beautiful as this area is in its full 'winter coat', and it is unbelievable ... the Spring, Summer, and Fall are, perhaps, a touch prettier. Certainly, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so here's the challenge: Make it a point to hit all the seasons here, and then weigh in...
