Small vacation apartment for 1-4 persons in the heart of Grömitz - 200m to the beach

Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, this beautiful 35 m² vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to four people (2 adults and 2 children)—your dog is also welcome.

The apartment features a bright living area with a sofa bed that sleeps two. The small hallway leading to the balcony has a surprise in store; it conceals a fold-out bed that transforms in the blink of an eye into a cozy sleeping area for two more people—ideal for children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A small kitchenette with a dining area and a furnished balcony round out the amenities.

Relax in the spacious guest garden with a grill and seating or lounging areas. A parking space is available right next to the house. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked behind the house. The sauna can be used upon request for a fee.

The “Solaris” apartment building is located in a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. The town center is just a few steps away!

The vacation complex consists of a spacious two-story vacation home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.

Each apartment features a bright, like-new shower room as well as a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.

Accessibility:
There is an elevator in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the vacation apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.

You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on €0.50 coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.

A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the vacation home even has two parking spaces).
