Zempin is located at the narrowest point of the island between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser and combines tranquility, nature, and a unique landscape.

From here, you can actively and enjoyably explore Usedom—on foot, by bike, by ship, or by boat. An extensive network of bike paths winds through meadows, forests, and lake landscapes, making the region particularly attractive for anyone who wants to combine relaxation, exercise, and nature. Starting in 2025, use of the Bäderbahn will be free with a guest card.
