Great for extended family! Sleeps 18!

The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large kitchen, dining room, and living room.

The 2nd floor has a kitchen/dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths.

Entrance to the house is through the side door. There is a large upper and lower deck off the back of the house with a charcoal grill in the yard. Plenty of private outdoor yard space off of the decks. Just a short ride to the beach, close to miniature golf, movies theater, water parks and numerous restaurants!

Perfect for a large group

The house was the perfect size for our large group and the location was great! The host did a great job with communicating before our stay and was available if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again! So spacious!

Great Location & Neighborhood!

Loved the location and neighborhood. A short 5-10min walk to the ocean/beach. Quiet 'hood and friendly neighbors. Plenty of parking. Needs some updating and more kitchen essentials, but overall, great house and fun vacation!

We canā€™t wait to book again!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family! We had 11 adults and 4 kids and had more than enough room for all of us. Weā€™ve been searching for years to find a place in OC that would fit us all and we couldnā€™t be happier that we finally found it. We hope to be able to use this house every year for our annual family beach trip ā¤ļø

We stayed here last year. We enjoyed it then and even more this year. The location was very convenient. Some of us walked to the beach, others drove. We never had a problem parking. The house was comfortable. We were able to have the younger people playing games in one place and the older adults in another.

House was very spacious for our large family gathering. Quite a bit outdated, wish there were some basic amenities like salt and pepper, and some spices. Overall, great times for the family.

Perfect for a large family

We had a family group of 16 stay and the house easily fit us all. The location is great and the neighborhood is nice we lounged on the back decks often. The house is a little outdated with only one oven, the beds are not the most comfortable, and check out is at 10am which is a little to early in my opinion. I would definitely stay there with my family again as none of those are deal breakers for us.

Family getaway and Family reunion

This was the first time we booked on Vrbo and we were well pleased. We had our 4 children and their spouse as well as our 9 grandchildren all under one roof. The was clean and spacious. I loved it. It was like 2 apartments in one except that we cooked on one floor and we all ate together on the 2nd floor. Looking forward to the next time.

Everyone enjoyed being together rather than 3 different condo. Had a great time.. Patio and main door locks could be replaced. Remote for main tv missing. (Only 1 station). Only 1 trash can for 15 people questionable. Washer 1st floor goes off balance a lot (old). Linen package was good.

Great house for large groups

We had a very large group of 16 (6 kids). This house had enough rooms and beds that we were all accommodated comfortably. It was clean and well taken care of. Other reviews stated an issue with bugs but we did not have any issues aside from a few ants here and there. The house is definitely older and could use some updating but had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

The property was in a great location to the beach. However, it was quite outdated, a bit dirty.

The space and the house location was amazing. The host had everything we needed and that was great too. There were ants when we got there which tried to get into bread and stuff we had on the counter. The fixtures were quite outdated and the showers retained water which made it hard for any sand to wash away.

LOTS OF Space but Dirty

The space was what we needed but the house was NOT properly cleaned. Upon entering the walls and carpet leading upstairs was awful and dirty. Ceiling fans dusty, trashcans disgusting and bathroom floors needed mopping. Furniture is beyond old and falling apart. A couple of family members almost fell out of chairs coming apart. Having paid for linen I expected it to be on the bed and not piled up waiting to be put on beds. Overall we were just disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and the furniture along with the AC going out one night. I can say Owner was responsive. Been using VRBO over 10 years and this was the WORST house I ever rented.

Really big, lovely location, but really grubby dirty.

While this property islarge enough and in a great location, walking distance to the beach in North Ocean City, it is dirty from neglect and poor cleaning. The dismay begins as soon as you walk in the door. Dirty stairwell with heavily stained carpet and more stains going into the living room. Nasty stinky shower curtains, ants in the kitchen, spilled food on the cabinet doors, dirty silverware and silverware drawers, cobwebs in the corners, sliding doors onto decks won't lock, upstairs dining table is unstable. And the list goes on! Too many things to list. We had 13 people and needed a large place. It has potential, if they would repair, paint, and clean it.

Mom birthday weekend

Our family had a great stay for our first time in Ocean City. The home was inviting and spacious. This was a great place for our 3 year old to experience the beach and amusements with his family. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was clean. We were a 5 minute ride from the beach, 30 mins from the outlets and amusement parks. We explored the boardwalk and found a local crab house to satisfy my moms craving for her birthday. Between a beach day, family game night and breakfast and dinners together I can say we are all completely satisfied with our stay. We will be doing this again!!

Good Experience in Caine Woods, Ocean City

My family and I had a good experience in Caine Woods. The home is located close to beaches as well as food areas in Ocean City. I do agree with other reviewerā€™s who have mentioned a bug issue, however I believe itā€™s because of opening the windows and doors, not because of a lack of cleanliness. The homeā€™s amenities seem somewhat old, and some (outdoor) furniture were damaged upon arrival. My family was also quite disappointed in the the fact that you had to bring some basic necessities that you would expect to be included in a home that costs this much (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Inside Bugs

Wish that the downstairs kitchen was accessible because of the bugs in the refrigerator and cabinets did not feel safe putting food. We paid for cleaning however we had to come in and sanitize and clean before we can put our things down both bathrooms on each floor We clean the upstairs kitchen and attempted to clean the downstairs however for some reason or another could not get the odor out of the downstairs refrigerator. One website it says sheets towels are provided however it did not say at a cost wish I would have known prior to getting there had a set budget did not include sheets and towels If I had known there was a priceless I could have pre purchased It was expected not to be perfect however when you charging that amount for cleaning we expected not to have to spend a hour and a 1/2 cleaning prior to going in After the cleaning took place we were able to enjoy the facility

We had a great time .We had a party of 15 there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was great except for the charcoal barbecue that was old and rusty and the second floor living room tv that was too small.A gas grill and a bigger tv are upgrades that should be made but overall we had good time

It was ok

I enjoy myself but it was a few things that was wrong the bugs was to much for me in the House,the toilet on the 2nd floor was not working we had to lift the back of the toilet up to flush it,one of the microwaves on the first floor was not working,the refrigerator was not cold enough and the 2 white chairs on the 1st floor was dirty and smelly also the bed on the second floor by the door with the bathroom the bed rail piece was sticking out . I hurt my self a few times...
