Checked in. Room not as pictured. Pictures showed one large area. Actually had separate bedroom and kitchen in separate location. Debris on kitchen cabinets and sand still on the floor. Next morning, unable to use handheld in the shower, found heavy mold behind bathtub. We could not stay a second night. Offered 100 refund. But we never received it.

Great location, clean place

The space was clean, walking distance to everything south beach. It is right next to a popular bar. Was loud music but not a deal breaker. Overall we were happy and plan to stay again.

Beautiful Place – Incredible View!

We absolutely loved it! The place is beautiful, very spacious, modern and clean. The best part is the ocean view. Just incredible. Service is great and it is easy to communicate with the owners. Perfect location. All in all a nice stay. We definitely will be back!

What a great vacation location - what you always think of Miami Beach

We had such a great stay here and you never need a car or a taxi - close to everything especially the beach. We loved having a swimming pool just in case we did not want to walk across the street to the beach - how lazy is that? It is so relaxing to look out the windows and see the beach /ocean. having a small balcony is also nice...

Prefect!!!!

This condo was prefect. It's right by the strip with all the resturants, bars and right across the street from the beach. Perfect condo for 5 girls looking to have some fun in the sun in South Beach. I definitely recommend this place! Thank you:)

Great place!

This was our first trip to South Beach. Myself, my 2 brothers, and 2 other friends (5 guys total) stayed here for my brother's bachelor outing, and the condo has everything we needed! The place is amazing! Location is perfect and the rooftop pool has the best views! Right in the middle of all South Beach! The owners are prompt with responding to questions/request/etc. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and for future trips to South Beach.

The Best Ever!!!

Location, location, location!!! Roomy, comfortable and right in the heart of things. Beautiful view from the front of the condo and exciting view from the side balcony. My husband and I said that we will only come to Miami if and when this unit is available.

South Beach Condo/ 5 star stay!

Condo was very clean, wonderful views of the ocean from the condo. Princess location, able to walk everywhere/ no car needed! Beach was across the street and was able to take morning walks there. If you want the full South Beach experience, this would be the place! Rob & Val were excellent hosts, very responsive. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to South Beach! I

Very good all around

Had a wonderful time for a girlfriends fun getaway. After visiting South Beach for the first time, can't wait to come back. Love this place. It is spacious, clean, and inviting. People at the front desk are helpful, and service is excellent. We hope it will be available when we return. Even though you have great ocean views from this apartment, the rooftop pool views are also spectacular. All around, two thumbs up!

Great location

The location is right in the heart of South Beach. We enjoyed watching the nightly shows at The Palace from our balcony. It is loud at night but we knew that going in so no big deal. The pool was being renovated but when we let the owners know they quickly got us access to The Victor’s hotel pool which was awesome. The pool at the hotel was only closed for two days of our stay and when it opened it was awesome. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great Location

The place needs some updating, but I enjoyed it. It was clean. It was loud, but not as loud as when I am at home. I would stay there again. You can't really have your curtains open to enjoy the view unless you want everyone looking into the room while they enjoy the entertainment downstairs. There is also a balcony if you want to people watch.

Size of property was great for 5 people.Only 3 glasses and cups were supplied. Air conditioning not the strongest, bedroom barely had any air conditioning. Floor was poorly mopped and swiped. No drawers to unpack. Bare minimals.

Magnificent South Beach Unit

This Unit is simply Amazing!!! The interior was very nice, upscale furniture, clean, comfortable and one of the best views on the strip. The location is in the HEART of south beach, you can listen, view or experience it all from this unit. Foot steps from food, beach, entertainment, shopping, you name it.. Came here for a birthday/anniversary weekend and was highly pleased. Every member of our party enjoyed the unit and boast as it was one of the Highlights of our trip, truly remarkable...highly recommended...

Perfect stay!

My fiancé and I rented this condo for our stay in Miami. We needed a place that was affordable, within walking distance to beach/nightlife/restaurants and this far exceeded all those requirements. You literally couldn't get a better location for all of those things, especially for the price. We had coffee and watched the sunrise every morning through the huge glass windows. The rooftop pool views were absolutely breathtaking. We were a $3 Lyft ride away and a 15 minute bike ride from north point pier which is where we got engaged...it is a must see! We decided there is no where else we would have rather stayed, and will hopefully get this place next time we return!

True South Beach Experience

If you're looking for a bright, clean, well appointed suite in South Beach, look no further. The suite is just as the owners describe in their listing. The location is within walking distance of the beach (right across the street), dining, night life and shopping (Walgreens, Starbucks and designer stores included!)...there was no need for a rental car! We enjoyed time out on the private balcony and the panoramic views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room area are spectacular. We enjoyed our pre-cruise stay in this suite and loved the energy of Miami, South Beach.

Amazing location and value. My family stayed here for a week and were very satisfied with our decision. There is no better location! Spacious and comfortable with reliable internet to be able to work. Amazing views and food selections all around. We were worried about the reviews which had mentioned loud music as we have young children, but it is not an issue at all! It was actually enjoyable and we often times left the door open during the day to take in the full south beach experience. We could not be happier with our stay or the value we received... would highly recommend this unit to anyone else looking!
