Large time-out apartment - modern, close to the beach and with a large garden terrace

A vacation by the sea—look forward to our newly renovated apartment with its own sunny terrace and garden.

Just 650 meters to the beach? Our quiet ground-floor apartment can make that wish come true. The apartment was completely renovated in early 2022 and is located in a quiet residential area. All shopping options and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.
With its 95 square meters and two bedrooms, the apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation.
The spacious and bright living and dining area, with its cozy seating arrangement, is perfect for relaxing TV nights with the whole family on the large smart TV. Direct access to the sun terrace and garden makes for lovely barbecue evenings on the terrace, especially during the summer months.
The wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth on cool evenings. (Accessories and firewood can be booked through us)
The modern, new kitchen is fully equipped. The large refrigerator offers plenty of space to ensure you feel completely at home. High-quality pots, dishes, and silverware leave nothing to be desired. An oven with a ceramic cooktop helps you prepare whatever you’d like to cook. A microwave and a drip coffee maker are also included.
The master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm), which will ensure you have a peaceful and restful night’s sleep during your stay. The children’s bedroom features a bunk bed (90x200 cm), creating a private space for sweet dreams after a day at the beach. Please note that linen packages are not included, but they can be booked as an optional add-on.

If you need a travel crib and a high chair, you can also add these directly to your booking.
All windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds, so you can completely darken the bedrooms if desired.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, and a separate guest restroom is also available.
An outdoor parking space and a secure area to store your bicycles are reserved for you right next to the house.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and with our Bluetooth speakers, you can always play your favorite music from your playlist.
Please note that our vacation rental is a non-smoking property.

The house features an additional 24-square-meter double room with a smart TV, a table and two chairs, and a closet; however, it does not have a bathroom. Guests must share the bathroom in the main apartment. Two modern upholstered beds (90x200 cm) with Geltex mattresses ensure a restful night’s sleep. The beds can also be pushed together. The additional room was renovated in June 2022 and is only rented in conjunction with one of the vacation apartments. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
