This exclusive 3-roomvacation apartment, spread over two floors, has a living area of approximately 50 m² and, with a large balcony terrace offering seasonal views of the Baltic Sea, provides ample space and comfort for up to 5 people.

Welcome to the Beachloft: You’ll love the light-filled atmosphere with its tasteful design, lovingly coordinated interior, and harmonious color scheme. The centerpiece is the open-concept living and dining area with a sleeper sofa (sleeping surface approx. 160x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, USB/DVD player, stereo system, a rustic solid-wood dining table perfect for social gatherings, and an integrated kitchenette. The well-equipped kitchen features amenities such as a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a Senseo coffee pad machine.

The spacious, comfortable bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a large mirror, a washer-dryer, and a convenient towel warmer. The living room offers direct access to the 40 m² outdoor area with a partial seasonal ocean view. The balcony stretches 15 meters in length and features an outdoor dining area as well as a spacious lounge corner. A steep, space-saving staircase—complete with a stair gate and child safety lock—leads from the living area to the two bedrooms in the attic. Here, you’ll sleep wonderfully under the cozy sloping ceilings. The open-concept loft area features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a TV. Right next door is the second bedroom, furnished with two single beds (90x190 cm each), reading lamps, and a wall shelf. Pleated blinds on all skylights provide pleasant blackout coverage for the night.

An outdoor parking space next to the house is reserved for your car. The elevator takes you comfortably to the 2nd floor. Wi-Fi is included.
