Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.
Current Notice: Renovation work (painting and sanding) is currently underway in the hallway and under the arcades, which may cause occasional noise. In addition, the sauna is currently unavailable. The work is expected to be completed in November 2026.
Take the elevator up to the 2nd floor and open the door to your 2-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to 4 people and offers approximately 45 m² of living space. Welcome to your vacation!
The living area, featuring an inviting sofa and a flat-screen TV, is decorated in harmonious colors and has everything you could want. At night, you can convert the sofa into a cozy sleeping area for 2 people (approx. 150x200 cm). In addition to the TV, free Wi-Fi is available for streaming your favorite music. In the open, fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You can then eat and play together at the dining table, which offers plenty of space. From here, you can step out onto the furnished balcony with a distant view of the Baltic Sea, where you can relax and unwind. An awning provides shade when needed. A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (2x80x200 cm) right next door invites you to enjoy restful nights. The shower room with a hair dryer rounds out the amenities of this wonderful vacation rental.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for your vehicle. Bicycles you bring along can be stored safely in the lockable basement storage room.
For shared use, there is a sauna (for a fee), a table tennis room, a sun deck, a tennis court, and a children’s playground. There is a laundry room with washing machines and a drying room available for shared use.

The beach is about a 15- to 20-minute walk from your vacation apartment. You’ll find bakeries, shops, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so you’re welcome to leave your car behind.
