This one-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor of the Haus Seebad apartment complex offers approximately 33 m² of space—enough for a relaxing beach vacation for up to 2 people.

The cozy apartment welcomes its guests with a cheerfully furnished combined living and sleeping area featuring an open kitchen. You can enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep in a comfortable double box-spring bed (180x200 cm). The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering during your vacation, including a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The en suite bathroom features a toilet and shower. Enjoy the morning sun on the furnished balcony, which faces east.

During the season from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available for your use on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. An elevator takes you conveniently to the 2nd floor. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the laundry room (for a fee).
Electric vehicles can be conveniently connected to the charging station for a fee (coin-operated machine).

Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property and that dogs are not permitted.
