Favorite place: Country house on Mühlendamm with a fenced-in garden, a wood-fired oven, and a sauna

Just a few meters from the beach, a fenced-in garden, a wood-burning stove in the kitchen, and a sauna in the bathroom—enjoy your vacation at the Landhaus am Mühlendamm in a relaxed atmosphere by the sea. The vacation rental is located directly on the Baltic Sea, nestled between the beach, the ocean, meadows, and fields—the perfect setting to unwind and relax.

The kitchen, with its lovingly restored furniture and wood-burning stove, is fully equipped and features, among other things, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartments, a kettle, an oven, and a ceramic cooktop (with an exhaust hood). You’ll also find a classic drip coffee maker (for size 4 coffee filters)—perfect for a cozy start to the day. Here, you can prepare your own meals however you’d like.

Microwave upon request: If you need a microwave during your stay, one is available at Mühlendamm. It can be provided upon request. Since it is shared among several vacation rentals, availability is subject to supply.

We provide our guests with a complimentary starter set of firewood for the stove, which will be ready upon arrival. This way, you can enjoy cozy evenings with a crackling fire, warm light, and that authentic Förde feeling right from the start—perfect after a walk on the beach or a long day in the fresh sea air.

The beautiful conservatory living room is right next door and offers a lovely view of the secluded garden from the two sofas. There is also a TV (new in 2026) with satellite channels.

The country house has two bedrooms with double beds (box spring with a single, continuous mattress: 180 x 200 cm). One bedroom is on the upper floor and has its own TV, as well as its own small bathroom with a toilet and sink. The second bedroom is on the first floor and is therefore accessible without steps.

The choice is yours: We offer you the option to bring your own linens to help keep your vacation costs down. Alternatively, we’re happy to provide our linens package (bed linens and towels) as an optional extra—whichever best suits your travel plans.

The spacious bathroom, featuring underfloor heating and a floor-to-ceiling natural stone shower, also includes a small sauna for relaxation and is located on the first floor.

Dear dog lovers

Up to three dogs are welcome to stay with us. Accommodation and cleaning fees will be charged separately. A small welcome gift is provided to help you get your vacation off to a relaxing start.

The digital guest app offers numerous tips for beaches, walks, and hikes with your dog, as well as restaurants and attractions where dogs are welcome. There’s also no shortage of opportunities for plenty of stick-tossing around the Mühlendamm.

The Mühlendamm is a place of peace and relaxation. We want to preserve this special atmosphere for all guests. Therefore, we ask for mutual consideration. Dogs should not disturb other guests by barking continuously or repeatedly. They should also react appropriately to walkers, other dogs, and passersby on the public beach path.

Mühlendamm is particularly well-suited for dogs that feel comfortable in a quiet environment with other guests, dogs, and occasional activity on the beach path. This way, both dog owners and those seeking peace and quiet can relax and enjoy their time here.
