On the second floor, there is a living room with flat screen TV/DVD, dining room, full bath with tub and two bedrooms which include one bedroom with 1 queen and 1 double bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds . There are 2 tables,8 chairs, bench seating and lounges on the top deck. The views are fabulous. Downstairs is a family room with foosball table, flat screen TV/DVD, laundry room, master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath and one bedroom with 2 twin beds, a hall bath, a nice porch with comfortable chairs and the private dock. Wireless Internet, quiet ductless air conditioning and a full size washer and dryer complete the package. Outside is a large enclosed shower with hot/cold water. Two large decks, one off each living area overlooking the bay are great for al fresco dining, sunbathing or just relaxing on the new patio furniture as you watch the boats go by. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, ice maker in freezer, toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. Walk 3 blocks to the guarded (until Labor Day), pristine white ocean beach or crab, fish, kayak, swim, and paddle -board off your private dock. The dock can accommodate a 16 foot boat but please check with us first. THE BULKHEAD WILL BE REPLACED AND RAISED 2.5 ft for the 2026 season per current regulations. There will be steps going from the yard up to the bulkhead and down to the dock. The home’s location is in the Brant Beach Yacht Club area allowing kids to ride their bikes and affording easy access to the secondary beach road for walking, biking and jogging. New municipal tennis courts and the bay beach are nearby. Four beach badges included in the rental price.. We leave a beach cart, 4 low beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
*** Our home is a corner lot on Barnegat Bay. The Bay is very tidal and can experience strong currents . Do not dive off our property including the dock. Be wary when swimming. Swim at your own risk.
**PLEASE NOTE: WE RENT TO FAMILIES ONLY. Adults may not sign a lease to rent the Property for occupancy by groups. There is a house manager who verifies rentals. Any violation of this provision will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the rent.
**We cannot allow any pets-service or otherwise -on the property as the owner has asthma and severe allergies.
** There are no fires allowed on property--no firepits, chimineas, etc.
**No Jet skiis are allowed at dock or on the property.
