Krnica is a small and quiet village surrounded by nature. It has stone houses, olive trees, and clean air. The area is great for walking, biking, or exploring the Istrian countryside. Even though it is peaceful, everything you need is close by. The villa is only 300 meters from the center of the village, where you can find restaurants, a supermarket, and small local shops.

Villa Orada is also close to the sea. The nearest beach is only 2.5 km away, so you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing anytime you want. But if you prefer to stay at the villa, the private swimming pool is a great place to relax. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor shower, which is very useful on hot summer days.

Outside the villa, there is a nice dining area for 6 people. Here you can eat meals together, enjoy the fresh air, or have a barbecue using the charcoal grill.
