The detached vacation home "Traumfänger," with a living and usable area of 120 square meters, underwent extensive modernization during the winter of 2024–2025.

Modern vinyl flooring in all living and bedroom areas creates a stylish atmosphere.

A particularly unique feature: This is the only house in all of Friedrichskoog-Spitze that has a basement. There you’ll find a multifunctional game room with a ping-pong table, dartboard, and play area. A pull-out leather sofa that sleeps two is also available for your use. A washing machine (for a fee) is available in the adjacent basement room. Starting in spring 2026, an infrared sauna (for a fee) will also provide cozy relaxation.

New pleated blinds in every room reliably protect you from the sun, heat, and cold.

Upon entering the house, you’ll be greeted by a spacious entryway with built-in closets and a separate coat closet. From here, you can access the fully renovated guest bathroom as well as the spacious living room and the living-dining area.

The solid-wood built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: It is equipped with high-quality appliances, dishes, and everything you need for cooking. Adjacent to it, the bright dining area—with a view of the garden—invites up to 6 people to linger.

Make yourself comfortable in the cozy living area with a swing chair, a comfortable couch, and a 50-inch smart TV—ideal for relaxing evenings by the fireplace. An internet radio and a compact stereo system are also available for your use.

From the living room, you can step out onto the large, sheltered terrace—perfect for balmy summer evenings.

Upstairs, a spacious bedroom awaits you, featuring a large built-in closet, a 1.80-meter double bed, and access to the balcony. Here you can enjoy your first morning coffee while looking out into the garden. Across the hall is another bedroom, also featuring a large built-in closet and a 1.80 m double bed.

The sun-drenched bathroom puts you in a good mood first thing in the morning and ensures a perfect start to the day.

Charging any type of electric vehicle (except e-bikes and e-scooters) at the house is not permitted.

This 110 m² detached vacation home was extensively modernized during the winter of 24/25 and can accommodate
up to 6 people.
This is an allergy-friendly home; pets and smoking are not permitted.
Not available for rent to construction crews or youth groups. 

First floor:
