However, we are genuinely sorry that several circumstances affected your stay, and we would like to address each one openly. Regarding the check-in, we acknowledge there was an issue with the pin code and we understand how frustrating that must have been after a long journey. We are sorry for the delay in getting you access and have since reviewed our check-in process to ensure this does not happen again. As for the noise, we want to be fully transparent: the music rehearsal rooms below the apartment are an existing feature of the building, and we sincerely regret that their usage during your stay was particularly intense. While we have no control over when they are used, we understand that this significantly impacted your comfort, and we are sorry we could not offer a better solution in the moment. The early morning deliveries and construction nearby were equally beyond our control, but we fully empathise with how disruptive this combination must have felt. When the noise issues were raised, we acted as quickly as we could, including offering an alternative accommodation, even though we recognise the timing and location were far from ideal.
