30 stairs away from the beach. Modern with high ceilings and large bedrooms, each with private bath and AC (included for night time only) The pool is 5 steps away from the beach with a large palapa to rest from the sun. Rental includes 2 staff members that work 8 hours per day to help with cooking and cleaning. Guest must purchase all food items. Grocery shopping service is provided for an additional fee.
The main house comfortably accommodate 12 guest, but if your group is larger we have a small casita in the front garden with two bedrooms, the rental for the casita is 200.00 USD per night, payable on site.
Parties with guest not staying in the house are not allowed!!

Amazing House in El Zonte with staff!

This house is amazing, clean, well kept and comes with a full staff for cooking, cleaning, laundry as well as help from the property manager on restaurant recommendations, places to go, transportation, etc. Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Location is perfect for being central to all the surf breaks and secure gate / security makes it so you don’t have to worry about valuables, etc. Highly recommend!

Villa Lety

This is my second time here.. The owner Lety is a pleasure and communication with her is a breeze. As far as the home, it’s a beautiful getaway with plenty of rooms for our big group. It’s our new go to when we go to El Salvador. Will def be back.

If this place is available BOOK IT!!!!!

Not knowing anything about El Salvador before this trip I was not sure what area would be the best. After traveling there for 2 weeks with two families and staying at 4 different homes this is the place. My family and I travel a lot and have been to most South/Central America countries. El Salvador is on the map for me after this trip and this house and El Zonte is a main reason. The staff is amazing and the location on the beach is just as good. The owners happened to be in the area during our stay and they are just as wonderful as their staff. Like my title says if it’s open to book do not hesitate.Thanks you so much Lety and gang for the great stay

Beautiful home and graceful host.

Spent 6 glorious days enjoying this beautiful home with my family. The pictures show exactly how this home is furnished and is clean as a whistle. Our meals were cooked so we could fully enjoy our vacation. You will not be disappointed if you choose this location. Excellent value for the dollar.

Family vacation, first time visiting as adults

My family and I had an amazing time at your property, from the moment the gate is open the though the entire stay, the experience is amazing, your staff is excellent they were attentive to our every need. AMAZING STAY

The house is conveniently located in surf city. There was more than enough space for 7 of us. We had kids with us ages 5,6 and 8. They had a blast in the pool and enjoyed the beach as did all the adults. The beach was steps away and absolutely stunning. I cannot rave enough about how beautiful this house is. The ladies there kept the house immaculate and cooked some of the best food we’ve had. They even accommodated some of our picky eaters. We would definitely stay again and will plan to stay even longer next time.

Family/Friends Vacation

We had such a wonderful time staying at Villa Lety. The house was awesome. Plenty of room, awesome views, and the staff was amazing. The meals that were prepared for us were amazing. We all would stay there again as our first choice if available next time. Thank you Eleticia for allowing us to stay at your property. We didnt want to leave. LOL. Thank you again.

El Zonte beach house

Margarita and the staff were amazing. We brought the food necessary for our weekend there and they had breakfast, lunch and dinner ready for us without lifting a finger. It’s so nice when you have a big group like ours. There are restaurants nearby as well if you want to eat out. The rooms are spacious and accommodate 12 people. It’s a multi level property so the views are wonderful. We stayed for Father’s Day and even though it was the beginning of the rainy season there was a beach to use. Great experience! 10/10.

Amazing!

The house is amazing! It looks beautiful in the pictures but its so much more in person. The ladies were very attentive and helped cook and clean up. The owner is very nice and always checking in to make sure everything is going well or if we needed anything. We were a large group and all had an awesome time. Definitely coming back! Make sure to go down the beach, cross over the rocks, theres a little cave, its just stunning! Can’t wait to book again!

Best vacation ever!

My friends and I can not stop talking about Villa Lety, and how amazing it made our vacation. Several of us are parents and it was such a treat to have all of our meals made for us! Helbert, Milagros, Dina and Vanessa were so sweet, and made us the best food. From fresh prawns to ceviche and more, the food was incredible. The house is stunning, the beds are comfortable, and the decks and pool are perfect for relaxing. We did yoga every morning on the deck overlooking the ocean, and watched the sunset every night from the pool. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!

Dream Beach House

Our family vacation to El Salvador was perfect. It truly felt like we were in paradise staying at this beach rental. The view of the beach is incredible and the surrounding gardens are immaculate. The house accommodated 12 of us so comfortably and each aspect of the house was gorgeous from the bedrooms to the dining area to the pool and cabana. It was an easy drive from the airport and to fun local spots like El Tunco. The staff was also amazing. They were always ready to help with anything we needed and prepared the most delicious meals. We can’t wait to return in the future! Thank you to Lety and her staff.

Beautiful big home/villa with a great staff.

My extended family and I had a great 4 days at VillaLety. The home and grounds were clean upon arrival and throughout our stay. Home is huge and the garden/grounds are beautiful. The staff was on hand to welcome us and took great care of the place while we were there, including the grounds and pool area. They cooked numerous excellent typical meals for us and always went above and beyond.The fact that my wife and sister in laws were actually able to relax during our stay, and not have to cook and clean up afterwards, was worth every penny.A truly relaxing vacation. Would definitely go back.There are a lot of stairs to get to the pool and beach that I wasn't aware of.With my bad knees, I wasn't fond of , but managed......so keep that in mind.Margarita and staff.....thank you.Thank you Lety

Amazing Week in El Zonte !

We had a great week in the Lety's House with another couple and our 13month old. The house was as described and as shown on pictures , The location is perfect but what made it even better was the staff that helped us all week....we ate all our meals at the house (all cooked by ladies working there) and it was delicious, I would do the same again. (do go for a Drink at the local bars just down the beach and watch the Pros Surf at Sunset ) The Customer Service was bang on, I had great communications with the owner from start to finish....anything I needed before and during our stay...from arranging to Tours to Surf lessons on the beach in front of the Villa.......We would definitely come back.

Paradise

I’m not sure there is much more I can say that hasn’t been said already! Villa Lety is paradise. Even better than in the pictures. The views of the ocean from all areas of the house are just incredible. Vanessa and her staff cooked all our meals which we ate outside in our bathing suits everyday. We enjoyed delicious, simple and fresh Salvadorian food for every meal (they can also make other types of food). I am still missing the rice and beans with eggs and fresh smoothies for breakfast! We spent most days bouncing between the beach and the pool and both were just perfect. (its only a few steps from the pool to the beach). From the first contact I had with Eleticia and through the entire stay, she was quick, helpful and friendly with great customer service. If you’re on the fence about going……go now!!! You will not be disappointed. I can definitely see my family going back again.

Paradise

I don't know where to begin....this place was paradise for me. From the moment you walk through the front door you feel the coziness of the house. The house is enormous and fully equipped for entertaining. I went with my family and we were a pretty large group. We were all so comfortable and happy. The area is calm and safe. The staff was so good to us. Elmer, Vanessa and Dina were awesome! Anything we needed they were so helpful. The house is clean and is cleaned everyday. We took our own food and Vanessa and Dina would prepare it for us. We would also order some seafood cocktails from a restaurant nearby. We didn't feel the need to go anywhere cause we had it all there. We loved the pool area where there is a large table for eating overlooking the beach and a refrigerator so you can keep your drinks cool. And in the afternoon we would all go to the beach and watch the sunset. We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Lety it was such a refreshing getaway I highly recommend it, and we will definitely book again.

1500 word not enought to describe. Amazing views, clean, perfect beach. Its an experience, a private resort for your group The pictures dont even do it justice.Lety was fantastic and proactive. She arranged to get all our groceries ready when we arrived, sent us a menu of meals they could prepare for us. Told us they were ready for us the morning of our arrival and when we landed, Yan Carlos was already waiting for us. Lety you are wonderful.Anita was absolutely sweet, she took care of us like family. The cleanliness was spotless, the food was amazing and they throwed in some lovely attentions like drinks before dinner (frozen margueritas), fresh fruits in the morning and snacks!. Helped us arrange extra groceries. My girlfriend had a scooter accident , Anita patched her up! No enough space to say everything. Thanks so muchYan Carlos Hauled us around almost every day to the activities we had planned, sometimes waited for us because we were a bit over schedule (THANKS). A true professional. Also, with the scooter accident, he knew the girl who rented it to us and arranged all of de details for reparation. Made us so at ease in a stressful situationThe rest of the girls were wonderful, smily and it was obvious they tried to take as less space as they could, making us feel as a family in our own home but with the hassles taken care of (Cooking, cleaning, dishes, etc).Overall a 20 out of 10 experience, we will definitly be back! Thanks, thanks and thanks again!

A Dream House!

I don't even know where to start. We loved this house! We reserved this property about a year in advance and the owner was always within reach answering my questions up until the day we arrived. She was very flexible and willing to accommodate our needs. The service ladies are amazing!!! very nice, respectful and attentive. It was nice to have them there so we could truly relax and not having to worry about cooking or cleaning. We loved the pool area with view of the beach! We really enjoyed staying here. Having the beach to ourselves was also a big plus. There's really nothing to complain about this property...I do, however, have some suggestions and one of them is to maybe consider having a TV area somewhere on the first level and/or in the rooms. This is a big house but there was only one TV for the whole house. We were a big group of different ages and the kids took over the TV to play their games. It would've been nice to have that additional TV so we could watch some movies or sports at night. Another thing that took us by surprise was that when we arrived, the property owner was there staying at the guest house and although she gave us a nice welcome, we didn't feel at ease at first because we felt like we were being watched. So, it would have been nice to have known that she'd be staying there as well prior to arriving. But needless to say, we got over that as soon as we entered the house and you see the amazing views this house has to offer of all the well manicured gardens, pool area and the beach. It had been 10 years since I'd been back home and not sure when I'll be back again but whenever that is, I will for sure be staying at this house. Thank you for all of your services Villa Lety. We created great memories and pictures to show it at this property with my family and for that I am forever grateful.
