Good Times & Tan Lines is a great 1st tier family friendly home with 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, private saltwater pool. It is one of the best lst tier locations on the Cape with great views of the beach and the bay. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the screened porch or deck, as well as a morning view of the bay that’s great for watching the sun rise. Free Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, outside charcoal and gas grill, comfy screened porch furniture with table and chairs, open deck on 3rd floor with tall Adirondack chairs, open porch area on ground floor, and comfortable pool furniture will add to a great beach vacation. In the house you will find games, books, DVD players, TVs in all bedrooms, large TV in living room, and board games.

The open floor plan with hardwood floors in the living areas, tile in the downstairs entrance area and carpet in the bedrooms add to the comfort. Bathrooms are attractively tiled and feature two (2) bath tub/shower combinations, one (1) walk in shower and one (1) half bath. The downstairs bathroom is accessible from the pool, which is much more convenient than you might imagine.

Good Times & Tan Lines is the gray house with red doors located mid way the cape, .3 of a mile past the Scallop Cove station, and affords easy access to St. Joseph Peninsular State Park, rated #1 beach in the USA. This wonderful area not only has award winning beaches, but offers nature trails, bird watching, horseback riding, golf, frequent sightings of dolphins and eagles, wonderful seafood restaurants and shopping in nearby Apalachicola and Port St Joe, and is ideal for canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling, scalloping, fishing and biking on the new bike path.

Good Times & Tan Lines has 3 floors and is decorated with an easy coastal décor with soothing colors and comfortable furniture.

The bottom floor includes a single carport, an open covered porch (could also be a carport), access to pool and sand box, outside shower with hot and cold water, and ample parking area for several vehicles. Inside is a king sized bedroom, separate full bath with walk in shower, washer and dryer.

The 2nd floor features a screened porch with a comfortable loveseat and four chairs as well as a large eating table with chairs. Inside is an open concept living , dining, and kitchen area with ample seating - two sofas and two extra comfy recliner chairs. The spacious kitchen is well equipped and has stainless steel appliances. The large bar in the kitchen has 4 bar stools and is great for serving and entertaining. The dining area can seat 12.

The third floor features a master bedroom with king sized bed and private bath (tub shower combination) and french doors to the open deck for breathtaking views of the beach and gulf. You can wake up in the morning and lie in bed and look for dolphins jumping in the gulf. It makes an awesome beginning to your day. A second bedroom has a king sized bed and also has French doors that open to the open deck. It shares a Jack and Jill bath with a tub shower that is directly across the hall. A third bedroom has custom queen over queen beds (sleeps 4), and it shares the jack and jill bath (tub shower combination).

Good Times & Tan Lines has free wi-fi, free long distance, and all bedrooms have TVs.

A short walk to the beach, there is a dedicated board walk that puts you right on the beautiful white sandy beach. BEACH GEAR IS PROVIDED!!! We have plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys to choose from and a beach wagon provided for your use! So no need to pack that!!

An ample supply of bed linens and towels are included, as well as professional cleaning before and after each visitor.

Come enjoy Good Times & Tan Lines – have fun in the private pool, get sand between your toes on the secluded beaches, enjoy the shells and discover the turtle nests (but please do not disturb), take a bike ride, go fishing in the Gulf, scalloping in the bay, or just enjoy the sunshine around the pool while you grill a hamburger on the charcoal grill. You might even walk down to the nearby Trading Post and enjoy an ice cream or hot doughnuts (the hot fried croissants are to die for)!
