There are plenty of beautiful homes on the Gulf, but only a few are new, custom-designed, and built (2014) with unparalleled quality (gold certification) and according to the principles of luxury, simplicity, natural beauty, ecological conscience and environmental respect. "Morning Dew" is built to be an elegant and spacious 3600 square foot 2-story family vacation beachfront home nestled in the “Cottages at Romar”, an upscale and exclusive gated community perfectly located in the vibrant town of Orange Beach, Alabama. 'Morning Dew' boasts 7 bedrooms (each with its own flat screen smart LED HDTV all with satellite service), 6 and a half baths, a large enclosed outdoor shower (with warm water too!), beautifully and elegantly furnished, accommodating up to 18 (adults AND children; bunk beds NOT suitable for adults) all this with a large terrace offering stunning endless views of the Gulf.
From the Gulf front side (South side) of the house, enjoy cool breezes under a large covered veranda off the Great Room on the first floor, or on a balcony outside the upstairs primary bedroom, sip on your favorite beverage, laze away the hours (furnished with sofa, love seat and individual seats, find serenity and relaxation or watch dolphins swim by. The expansive outdoor terrace with more than 750 square feet overlooking the high sand dunes and offers a breathtaking view of the endless emerald water of the Gulf is perfect to relax and sunbathe. Use the icebox to keep your drinks cold and dine alfresco on a six seat outdoor dining table, or delight in the starry nights while enjoying the company of your loved ones. After all, vacations are all about providing relaxation, relationship-building opportunities and unforgettable memories. The house has its own over-the-dunes private walk way; within moments your toes are in the powdery sand of the gulf beaches – straight shot; no streets for children to cross.

A 300 pound standalone ice-maker welcomes you after you park in the covered area; a must in the hot Summer days.

From the entrance side (North side) of the house, a few steps will take you to a large resort style pool (not heated) with zero-entry and splash features, a water lounge area, all among many towering palm trees. There’s something here for everyone.
The inside of 'Morning Dew' offers a perfect layout for small and large groups with both luxury and quality: elegant design elements are experienced throughout the house, every detail painstakingly considered to provide comfort and relaxation in this cottage style home. You are away from the routines of everyday life, yet are comforted by the many conveniences of this well-appointed home. You will appreciate the luxury beds, scrumptious linens and towels, and the comfortable uncluttered furniture and pleasing beach decor (from designer houses such as Uttermost and Regina Andrew). Wireless internet in every bedroom are among many other amenities offered. Coordinated colors & fabrics, pine wood floors, walls and ceilings provide a beautiful backdrop to the breathtaking views of the Gulf.
On the second floor (floor plan in photo section): an expansive great room with open plan features a full kitchen with granite counter tops, large enough for several cooks and with high end stainless steel appliances and bar seating (seats 6), a large dining table (seats 12 comfortably), and a beautifully furnished living room (all facing the Gulf) with a large screen smart/internet (fiber speed up to 1000 Mbps) ready 65 inch Samsung LED HDTV!! The large gourmet kitchen, overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf, is fully equipped with 2 side-by-side refrigerators (great for minimizing shopping trips and for separating multifamily and special groceries), furnished with LeCreuset cookware, high end appliances (including 2 refrigerators), coffee machines (Mr Coffee, Keurig machine, French press, and Bialetti express espresso maker), all inviting to large gatherings around a central island capped with granite and an over-sized kitchen table perfect for sharing memorable multi-generational meals and enjoying each others' company...

There are 2 bedrooms (each with king size bed) on the second floor each with its own en suite bathroom (one of which has a walk-in shower perfect for the elderly in your group). A large centrally located powder room half bath and a separate utility room with high capacity washer and dryer is also be located in the center of the first floor.
The third/top floor (floor plan in photo section) offers 5 bedrooms: 2 king sized bedrooms and one queen sized bedroom each with its own en suite bathroom; the 4th bedroom also has a king size bed and shares a double vanity bathroom with the fifth bedroom featuring 4 bunk beds, perfect for a parent/child suite combination. Every room is furnished to the highest of standards and all bedrooms include a flat screen LED HDTV with high speed internet (up to 1 gigabyte). All bathrooms have granite counter tops. A kitchenette with its own refrigerator and granite counter top is located in the common area of the third/top floor.

To make your vacation truly carefree, we will provide a large outside shower, a mini ping pong table, many beach chairs and recycled mats, boogie boards, sun shelter, beach and pool games and toys, 4 kayaks; a paddle board (230 lb weight limit), and baby 'Pack and Play', booster chair, free wireless broadband internet access (up to 1 gigabyte), classic games and many books to enjoy. And for golfers (and those that want to try it), we have 2 sets of golf clubs for your use... saves you the trouble of bringing your own! Everything needed for the perfect beach vacation is right here at 'Morning Dew'. We provide these amenities on site so you don't waste your time or spend the money renting them...
