**We rent from Saturday to Saturday Only**

Nicely furnished oceanfront condo includes: living room with oceanfront balcony, new furniture with queen sleep sofa, 40' flat screen TV with DVD player. Dining area, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, primary bedroom with king size bed, balcony overlooking the inlet, 32' flat screen TV and adjoining full bath. Second bedroom with 2 double beds and 32' flat screen TV. Third bedroom with king size bed, 32' flat screen TV and balcony overlooking the inlet. Second full bath is near the third bedroom. Sleeps 6.

Condo Amenities: Indoor heated swimming pool, fitness room, coin-operated washer and dryer facility on same floor, elevator, 24-hour security, showers in pool area, private parking garage

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. We had a few small issues and Margie was right on top of it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Experience

The condo is well appointed, in a nice building and in a great location on the boardwalk. Booking, check-in and check out were easy. My family of 7 had a great time here for a week and we are looking forward to returning.

great condo for family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was perfect size for our extended family, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in also, Great Location at the beach too with nice restaurants nearby. We would stay here again. Parking is only issue as Condo only comes with one space and additional parking for the week costs a premium if available.

Wonderful property, the unit is spacious and well equipped, the views are endless from east, south and west with 3 balconies. Showers are spacious, unit was clean, property manager very pleasant and helpful. Community indoor pool was clean and never busy. Would recommend and would stay again!

Great place with nice views. End of the boardwalk right by park on the beach. Perfect for kids only complaint is the pool is indoors so we really didnt use it.

The host Margie is great! She was very helpful throughout the whole process and always responded quickly! The area was perfect for what we wanted- Quieter end of the boardwalk and peaceful. We rented bikes one day to checkout the rest of the boardwalk and everything around us. The view from our room was right on the beach. We really didnt use our other balconys since they were facing bay area/ parking areas, but it wasnt an issue at all. The restaraunts around us were great and walking distance. I highly recommend this place for families wanting the quieter side of the boardwalk. We will defintely be using Margie in the future!

Fantastic Views!

The condo is beautiful. You can see a view from every window. There are 3 balconies (2 on the bay and 1 on the ocean). There is plenty of room for a large group to spread out. Plan on walking as parking is scarce and expensive. Everything you need is in walking distance from the condo. We enjoyed our week and wished we could have stayed longer.

Great Property

Overall, this is a great property. Condo was clean. Everything as advertised. Property manager is responsive and helpful. Close to the beach playground for the kids and the indoor pool is convenient for rainy days. The roof of the pool looks as though it hadn't been opened in years. Condo is also close to the inlet to the lakes so you can boat watch from the balcony. The only complaint which is more of a personal preference and no fault of the property, is being at the end of the boardwalk. In the future, I may consider somewhere in the middle of the strip before booking here again.... But I would not have a problem booking here again.

2 complaints- parking is terrible!!.. only 1 spot for a condo that sleeps 8.. had to pay for 2nd spot( not cheap) , that there is no guarantee you can get, other option to park 6 blocks away! And don't take a big vehicle... low clearence! That should be made known before booking. Indoor pool is chlorine... eyes burn just being in the room! Otherwise nice place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved this condo. It was everything I wanted for our stay. Our granddaughter wanted boardwalk with a balcony and that it was. It was at the end of the boardwalk so it was quiet and didn't have so many people but yet you still felt in the center of things and could walk to all of the shops and restaurants as well as the pier. Our front had the perfect beach/ocean view and the back had a beautiful view of the marina and you could watch the boats coming and going. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, the kitchen had more cooking items than any condo we have ever stayed in. Although there wasn't a washer and dryer in the unit, every floor has a coin operated washer and dryer. There was a pool but it was indoors, It could be uncovered but they don't open it up anymore for some reasonbut it's still a very nice pool. The unit was also very clean.

Location was fabulous

We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic with beautiful views from all the balconies. The kitchen needs storage for dry goods though. The unit was very clean. We did not care for the cleaning product smell but bought Febreeze to help cover it up. Margie was very communicative on check in and check out but didn't tammy need her during our stay. We had the bonus of seeing the Blue Angels air show from our back balcony and perfect weather. Most everything is walking it biking distance. The pizza place across the street was very good. We hit the beach every day. Oceanfront made that an easy trip. Doesn't get any better.

Ocean view corner room

All around great experience from start to finish. Margie and her team were very responsive and even with a small issue with one of the toilets, they responded and were at the condo within an hour to fix it for us. Highly recommend this property and all it has to offer. It’s right on the boardwalk but still allows a quiet getaway with plenty to do within walking distance.
