All of the apartments at Villa Jasmin feature a balcony and either a terrace or a loggia. Children will enjoy the small playground on the property. It’s only about 100 meters to the wide, fine-sand beach in Heringsdorf, where you can rent a beach chair and enjoy a wonderful swim. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the lively town center with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. From here, you can easily reach the Heringsdorf pier. At 508 m, it is the longest pier in Germany. The town center is also home to the popular concert shell and the world’s largest beach chair! A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee. At Villa Jasmin, you can use a bike storage room as well as a washer and dryer for a fee.
To access the property, you’ll receive a remote control for the gate upon arrival; a deposit is required for this. Please have €50 in cash ready for this—thank you very much!

This modern 3-room apartment measures 67 m² and is located on the first floor of the new building adjacent to the villa. The apartment is comfortably furnished and can accommodate 4 people for a relaxing island vacation. The spacious, bright living area features a cozy sitting area with a sofa, armchair, TV, and dining area. The kitchenette—complete with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.—is open-concept and integrated into the rear section of the living room. From the living room, you can also step out onto the west-facing balcony, where you can wind down the day with a glass of wine. From here, you can also catch a partial view of the sea. Both bedrooms are furnished with Italian-style furniture, a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), and a wardrobe. The large, covered, south-facing balcony—which is perfect for shared meals—is accessible from both the living room and the larger bedroom. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower featuring a real-glass partition, as well as a bathtub, double sinks, and a toilet. There is also a guest restroom available for guests. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.
