3 BR unit sleeps 10 w/ 1 king in master bedroom, 2 doubles in 2nd bedroom, & 2 doubles in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has a full kitchen, 4 flat screen televisions, & a private oceanfront balcony.

New Mattresses installed in December of 2024 & new sofa & love seat installed in April of 2025!!!

Located at 300 North Ocean Blvd, this delightful resort is in a prestigious location with a lazy river, indoor pool outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and astonishing landscaping. Recently added features include a convention facility, exercise and fitness center and a restaurant. These units are perfect for a romantic getaway, family beach vacation, or just a trip for relaxing and unwinding!

Fantastic amenities and a new kind of dramatic architectural beauty combined to give visitors the ultimate experience at the Avista Resort to have a wonderful vacation. This North Myrtle Beach vacation destination is so close to championship golf courses, live dinner theater entertainment, waterfront shopping and award-winning dining that you could not ask for anything more.

This air conditioned unit has flat screen TV's in all three bedrooms and large flat screen in the living room as well as alarm clocks, high speed internet access, dining area, hairdryers in each bathrooms, iron and ironing board, radio, full kitchen with coffee maker, pots, pans, & utensils. Granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel electric range with oven, refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher installed in March 2017.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a larger group with us. My husband, our children and grandchildren as well. The view from the living room and primary suit were always breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. The unit was clean (could use a carpet shampoo but nothing major. Just foot traffic). We had all the dishes and things we needed. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Family spring break

Fantastic trip to North Myrtle Beach. Close enough to visit Grandma and also enjoy the beach. Quiet area & felt very safe walking to Main Street. Condo well equipped for fixing breakfast and snacks.

Great family vacation

We had a great time. The condo was great could use a good deep cleaning. My only complaint was we had 6 people and they gave us 6 towels.

Overall, the stay was adequate. I was disappointed to discover that the advertised double sofa bed didn't exist - there was just a regular sofa in the living room. The advertised "free attractions" were a also a bit of a disappointment. It took a while to get connected to someone to figure it out, and there were only three area attractions that offered one free ticket each -- none of these attractions were of interest to me and my group. That was a draw to my deciding to book this property, and it was a total disappointment. In hindsight, I should have asked more questions before booking. With all that said, the place met basic needs and had a stunning view of the ocean, sunrise and sunset.

The unit had beautiful views. The Avista staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was clean however the furniture in the living room was very dirty and stained. The paint on the doors in the bedrooms was peeling.

Family Trip for our 40th Anniversary

Overall Great Stay!

We were pleased with our stay. Great location! Plenty of room for a large family. Best views in town! We loved that each room had its own bathroom. The only thing that we can complain about was that the mattresses could be replaced as they are not very comfortable and seem worn out. A Skywalk from the parking garage across the street would be nice as well. I already have referred several friends to this place as we really enjoyed our stay.
