The 40 m² accommodation consists of a combined living and sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, hairdryer, and fan. The studio features a lovely private balcony where you can relax and enjoy your meals in peace.



The apartment is located in a very quiet and well-maintained building. Chiemgau Thermen are just a 15-minute walk away, as are the train station and the town center with shops, butchers, bakeries, and restaurants. Lake Chiemsee is also nearby, and the area offers many cycling and hiking trails.



A parking space is available on the property, as well as an underground parking spot. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Parties or group events are not allowed in the apartment or on the premises. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.
