You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, welcoming interiors, and a spacious garden with barbecue, sun loungers, parasols, and private pool. Garden furniture, a ping-pong table, and exercise bikes are at your disposal. The picturesque Voie Verte trail passes just below the property, ideal for walking or cycling along the river.



Located between the river ports of Creysse and Mouleydier, the villa is only 12 km from Bergerac and its airport (direct flights from Belgium and the UK). Discover the vineyards of Monbazillac, Pécharmant, and Bergerac, or visit the castles of Monbazillac and Tiregand.



Nearby activities include canoeing, horse riding, golf (Golf des Merles - 12 km), tennis, karting, swimming at Lake Lanquais, and boat trips on the Dordogne. Local markets await you in Bergerac (Saturday), Lalinde (Thursday), and Issigeac (Sunday), as well as lively night markets in summer.
