The stunning and comfortably furnished house in Wittenbeck not only offers you the opportunity to wake up every day with a view of the Baltic Sea and fully relax in the available pool and sauna, but it also provides the perfect setting for fun with your family or friends. An extra room is dedicated to this, where you can enjoy billiards, table tennis, and darts.

The Space:
With an area of 183 m², the house offers plenty of space and a Baltic Sea view for you and your loved ones. The numerous, bright rooms are modern and comfortably furnished, ensuring that each one of you can feel at home.

Thanks to the large dining table in the living area, you have the opportunity to start your day together with breakfast or reflect on it over dinner. For relaxation, the living area also features comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a pleasant stay.

You can also enjoy fun times together in the billiard room, where you can also play table tennis and darts, and then unwind by the pool or in the sauna.

For a restful sleep, the four cozy bedrooms ensure comfort, each of which can be darkened with the available curtains. Two rooms are each equipped with a king-size double bed, while the other two bedrooms feature two single beds each. Wardrobes are also provided so you can spread out and feel at home. Two spacious bathrooms with a bathtub and vanity mirror complete your comfort, and there is also a guest WC.

You can also relax in the garden area with beach chairs and barbecue facilities.
A garage and parking spaces are also part of the outdoor facilities.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in the Baltic Sea village of Wittenbeck, situated between the traditional Baltic resorts of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn. It offers a direct view of the Baltic Sea, which you can easily reach by foot or by car. The village has its own beach access with an expansive shoreline and numerous recreational activities.

Also nearby is the Ostsee Golf Resort Wittenbeck, where you can enjoy a day of golfing, and the nature reserve "Kühlung," where you can explore nature on foot, by bike, or on horseback from the nearby riding stables.

Other Things to Note:
The pool temperature is approximately 24°C.
It is possible to heat the pool to around 26°C - 28°C, for which an additional charge of €99.00 per 2°C per week will apply.

The ground floor of the house is not part of the rental property and is used by another rental party (however, the pool and the billiard room are included in the rental).

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
