The Space:
Welcome to our newly renovated vacation home. The house offers space for 10 people (max. 8 adults). With its generous 150 square meters, this house is the perfect place for families. Furthermore, the house is characterized by its direct proximity to the beach.

The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, all of which offer comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. There is also a travel crib available. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa and an armchair where you can relax after a long day. There is seating for 10 people to enjoy a meal together.

Important notes: The 4th room on the top floor can be reached via a steeper staircase. The staircase to the attic is also open at the top and has no door.

The house is child-friendly, but does not have stair gates for small children.

If you like being outside, you will love the balcony and garden. Here you can relax in peace and enjoy the sun.

The Neighborhood:
Warnemünde is a charming coastal town in Rostock-Warnemünde, known for its historic lighthouse and picturesque fishermen's houses. Here you will find many restaurants and cafés serving fresh fish, as well as numerous water sports such as kitesurfing and sailing. The old town with the “Alter Strom” canal offers many stores and craft stores. Warnemünde is an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area, for example to the Hanseatic city of Rostock or the nearby Baltic seaside resorts.

The recommended occupancy of the house is up to 8 adults.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €19 per person.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.
