Our cleaning team is taking extra steps to protect you and our team. We are doing regular cleaning plus sanitizing spray, and fresh towels/sheets sanitizing one night before your checking in date. Michelle was very accomodating. Our flight back was late at night and she let us check out close to our flight time. Place was amazing. It has everything we need. Placeis very clean. Location was perfect, everything's walking distance. Hoping to stay here again when we come back to the island.

Nice place and location but we had a huge problem in that on the morning after our arrival we were notified with a note on our door that all running water and access to restroom facilities would be unavailable Mon- Fri 8am-5pm due to ongoing sewer repairs. ( which because they were ongoing must have been a known issue before our arrival and we should have been notified prior to then) When I notified host she said use the restrooms and outdoor shower at the beach across the street. (That required crossing a busy street and walking across the park- not a viable option for our group of 7 which included 4 children and one elderly person for whom walking is a challenge). It took most of our second and third days on Maui with many calls to VRBO and then other facilities since we had to move before we had a resolution. The VRBO people were courteous but bound by rules regarding a refund that prevented a quick resolution even though I was supposedly soeaking with supervisors. Eventually they housed us in a hotel for one night and finally after 3 days refunded credit for the original reservation so we could arrange a different place to stay - which VRBO did not assist us with) So we had to move twice and lost precious time to enjoy Maui .All in all it was as challenging and stressful vacation as we have ever experienced.

Nice condo with a great location! Short walks to restaurants, shops, and the ocean. The balcony had a nice view toward the ocean where you could see morning surfing lessons. Overall the condo was clean, and a great setup for our families Maui vacation. We had no issues during our stay. Pool was nice to have access to and was almost always empty. AC worked well in bedrooms but not great in kitchen / living room. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

Terrific location in a spotlessly clean condo with everything you could ask for. Right next to the amazing Food Park Oasis. Would happily stay here again.

Excellent location

The condo is in a perfect spot. Close (walking distance) to the beach, food and shopping area. Very convenient location by foot or by car. Will probably book again.

Unbeatable location

The unit had everything we needed and we were able to enjoy days on so many beaches and the south Maui gardens had amazing shows that we were able to enjoy up close and again from the second room! Great views. Steps to surf beach, playground and south Maui gardens (and their food trucks)

Awesome! Exactly what we were looking for!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for to stay with our adult children. The bedrooms are separate so they could come and go and not wake us. The interior was updated and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for getting to just about anywhere on the island. We will definitely be back, as soon as we can!

Great location and pleasant stay

The owners were awesome at helping out when there were issues with the sink and at answering questions. The condo was not set up for the children which was tough when we got in as late as we did, but we found the crib and kids bed in the storage room and set them up quickly. The pool and AC were delightful as was the gardens right behind the building with food trucks. Highly recommend this place.

Host was amazing

Location was good, right across the street from the park. Kitchen had all cooking needs and stocked with beach gear. Michelle was an Amazing owner and was understanding and texted back within an hour.

Kihei Vacation

This condo was just ok. Not enough furniture to sit with multiple people in the living room area. Smaller that expected and layout not the best. Michelle was great to work with she took care of the issues that came up. The location is great because it's has all the wonderful food trucks in back of the complex. The complex is very old.

Great location, centrally located to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Food trucks behind building were amazing. Air conditioning units in main living area as well as both bedrooms worked well and were quiet. Across the street from the ocean and a nice park, we caught several beautiful sunsets there. We did have a few issues with the condo during our stay, but the host was quick to respond to our questions and did what she could to resolve the issues. Overall it was a nice stay.

Family celebration

Location was great!!! Food trucks, restaurants and shops were all a short walk away. Check-in was a breeze. Condo was spacious and clean. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Would surely book again.

Stay in paradise!

Michelle is an excellent communicator. The unit is in a great location, right across the ocean with nearby stores and markets. The food truck park next door is fantastic. Our family of five was very comfortable in this unit. It has plenty of parking and the ACs were working perfectly! The kitchen is well stocked and the additional amenities such as the beach gear was a huge plus!! Highly recommend this unit and the location for your stay on Maui. Kihei is a very accessible town from the airport and also to other attractions. We went to Lahaina, Hana and Haleakalā.

Very pleasant host, excellent view/ location

Everything was great and just about as expected. Unfortunately, the dryer was basically non functional the whole trip, as the dryer vents were full the whole time. Also the living room AC was leaking so we weren’t able to run it which was a bummer because the west walls are all glass and the unit does heat up quite a bit the second half of the day. Also don’t leave the toaster plugged in after running as it didn’t fully turn off when we used it. The host however, really did their best to accommodate not only with the extra items we needed before the trip but also when we faced issues during. She even helped with breakfast one morning due to the appliance issues we faced. Parking can be limited at night as the front lot is currently closed due to construction happening. The location to the beach, nearest village and eateries is fantastic. And there are 2 family friendly beaches in walking distance with a water sport rental next door. Also, live music all around and the food truck lot in the back is so cool! We appreciate the host so much! And this was a great location!

Beautiful Location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. A couple things could have been improved. We didn’t have enough paper towels or toilet paper for our week long stay. Not a huge deal because we purchased additional supplies

Awesome location

Great little place apart from the renovation taking place directly under the apartment. The noise was unbearably loud during the day and spoiled our holiday. Wish we were informed sooner or offered a discount as offer of goodwill. Also if you need cold aircon this place isn’t for you. It gets hot in the arvo due to wall to ceiling glass facing the west side. The aircon can’t keep up, even doing as owner suggested by keeping the curtains & windows closed. They also smell musty. The great things about this place are the rooms, the layout, comfy bed and clean linen. It’s got all the kitchen stuff you need (decent pots & knifes!) so you can cook h family meals with ease. The beach towels & toys are very useful. The pool area was utilised daily! The location is what sold us on this place. Skate park & playground across the road, supermarket not far walk and heaps of food vans next door! Would definitely stay again, thanks Michelle.

lovely, remodeled unit with A/C and washer and dryer, conveniently located within walking distance to lots of places to eat and shop. owner michelle was very accommodating and easy to work with, making our stay as pleasant as possible. would highly recommend.
