The house has hardwood in all common areas and first floor bedroom. This Interior designed house has custom finishes, high end furniture and designer lighting.

Electric Golf Cart available (optional) for an additional refundable $250.00 deposit and signed agreement.

The house is located on a canal with great fishing and access to the Santa Rosa Sound. Empty lot next door is part of the property which gives you 90ft of canal front to fish from and enjoy. Bring your boat and jet skis! The boat launch is less than two miles away and you can dock your boat/jet skis at the house dock! There is a quiet subdivision pool directly across the street. You also have private access to the neighborhood fishing dock and state owned beaches along the sound. The beach is a short 300 yards away.

Navarre Beach is on a barrier island and is 'Florida's Best Kept Secret'. Voted one of 'Florida's Top White Sand Beaches' by Conde Nast Traveler.
Navarre Beach is also home to the longest fishing pier on the Gulf (a bike ride or less than 2 mile car trip) and has great snorkeling and scuba diving.

Very clean and inviting! Absolutely stocked with everything and then some! Even had an abundance of ocean toys for all ages.. kayak, paddle board, wagon, sand toysā€¦ you name it, they had it! Also had a golf cart to get everything and everyone to the beach! AND, the mattresses were so very comfortable! I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week, the property exceeded our expectations. The grandkids loved the back yard and spent hours playing in the sand. The pool was great, and very convenient. Access to the beach was a short walk or a shorter golf cart ride away. The layout of the house is very family-friendly and it provided adequate space for all of us to spread out. I can't say enough about all of the adult and kid toys in the garage. The bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and all of the kids beach toys were unbelievable. As the Grandfather, i especially enjoyed the many porches and decks where i could slip away and enjoy the quiet views.

The house is beautiful! Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood probably due to beginning of off season. Golf cart was fun! Only down note I have is the pool needs someTLC. Needs paint and a cleaning. Since the Gulf was rough and couldn't swim we were at the pool a lot. Check in communication was excellent! Love the area and hope to visit again. Thanks for the use of wonderful home!

This place is amazing!! The owner has really put the effort in making sure you don't want for things. Even down to a spice rack for meals. So many things offered at the house to enjoy and another thing that my grandkids really loved was how close we were to the beach access. We will for sure return. oh, i got to give the neighbor Josh a shout out. ha ha He was very friendly and even offered us a crab trap if one wasn't in the garage. So, we could catch some crabs and use for bait to fish with.

I cannot say enough good things about this home. I think it is the best home we have ever rented. The view from the back porch is beautiful. The home has everything you could possibly want. The kayaks and standup paddle boards were so fun for the whole family. You put them into the water right from the homeā€™s backyard. They have countless beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and lots of bikes all different sizes. Our grandson was still riding his bike with training wheels at home but because there was not a bike with training wheels he learned to ride without them. There are great bike paths to ride on. The golf cart was so great to have to load everything up for the beach. The home is furnished beautifully with super comfortable beds. The owners are extremely prompt in answering any questions. It was a wonderful week in Navarre. Hated leaving. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Our Favorite Annual Trip

Itā€™s now been 3 times that my family has stayed at this house and we will continue to keep coming back for as long as itā€™s available. The house has everything we need, immaculate, in a great location. Communication is always fantastic too. Highly recommend!

Summer vacation

This house is absolutely perfect for a large family or group of friends. It is in the perfect location on Navarre Beach but you can also tell the owner takes pride in his property. The owners had everything you could want for the beach but we were also able to use the kayaks for paddling out in the sounds. We loved it and will be back some day! Thanks so much!

Favorite vacation spot

We love coming to the panhandle from Texas every summer and this house is unmatched! We stayed in 2020 and visited different properties 21-23 but never enjoyed ourselves as much, so we came back to this home this year and it was just as special as we remembered! Lovely home, lovely furniture/decorations, amenities, and great location.

Waterfront Home

My husband and I recently stayed at the house with our extended family. The home is perfect with the three king bedrooms and double bed room. Each couple was able to have a bed of equal size and every room had all we could ask for. The children of my in-laws stayed in the double bed room, perfect for them to all hang out together in. Having the golf cart, paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles were a huge plus! They all were used on our stay. Tonya, with Island Time Beach Rentals, was a huge lifesaver when I left two very important items in the house. She brought them in to be shipped to me, I canā€™t thank her enough. Her property management was impeccable, the house was clean and had all the supplies we couple possibly need. The ice maker was a bonus, going to have to buy one for myself I liked it so much! Would love to stay again!

Great House and Location

House was one of the best we have stayed in. Loved the access to water and beach supplies. House was well stocked and decor very beautiful. Had a light out and they came within an hour to fix! Only negative to mention was the condition of the bicycles. Several are very rusty with all brakes not working properly. Overall we would book this property again.

Just what we needed

We loved so many things about the house and location. The pictures are very good at showing about the house and activities. Kayaking was fun both on bay and ocean. The pool location is awesome. We The golf cart was great for visiting the beach. Because there were 6 of us, we rented another gas golf cart that we could take down to the pier. All questions were handled extremely quickly. Andā€¦. After testing many key lime pies, Navarre Bakery was the winner!
