Lastly, this is our 2nd home which we use and rent directly to you, ensuring you get the best attention compared to a management companies who have too many units/renters to deal with.

The pictures tell all, but here are the details and features of this 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Waterfront Home:

1st Floor (outside): Covered patio with bar height table and 2 rope swing chairs, 6 Adirondack chairs, 2-4 lounge chairs, 2 hammocks, mister and outdoor shower with HOT water.

1st Floor (garage): 1 Fishing Kayak, 2 Fun Kayaks, 1-2 paddleboard, paddles, 3 bikes, 3 fishing poles, beach toys for kids, Bocce Ball, Ping Pong Table, Corn Hole, various games/toys and 75ā€ TV! (You MUST rinse everything off before putting away...leave garage in same condition you found it)

2nd Floor (inside) : Fully Stocked Kitchen with New SS Appliances, Dining Table which seats 6 (plus 2 more at kitchen bar), Leather Triple Reclining Sectional which seats 7 comfortably and a HUGE 75ā€ Flat Screen TV with Playstation 4 (2 controllers & games). This floor also has the Washer/Dryer as well as 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath with Double Bed.

2nd Floor (outside): Bar height table with 6 chairs, 2-person swing, and Green Egg for BBQing or Smoking (Bring your own Charcoal and please clean it out after use).

3rd Floor: Master Suite (King Bed) with Mini-Split, private a balcony and 2 chairs to watch the sunset as Huge Flat Screen TV. The Master Bath has ample counter space with vanity area as well as a walk in shower with 2 Shower Heads and Jets...just like a spa! The 3rd Bedroom is also on this floor with a Queen Bed, Twin Bed and private bath. New Dehumidifier in hallway.

The home sleeps 7 in beds and the sectional with recliners is very comfortable if there is a 8th person or snorer in the family...haha. Therefore, MAXIMUM OF 8 TOTAL STAYING AND VISITING. So please donā€™t rent with expectation of having others come enjoy beach/pier (exceeding 8)ā€¦neighbors anc HOA keeps a close eye out.

Some additional features/perks: Whole House Mesh Wifi/Internet (fastest offered), High Definition TVs w/Roku, Bluetooth Speakers, Sony Playstation 4 (Blu-Ray Player) and PlayStation 3 with controllers/games and a Printer/Paper for those who bring their work with them, like us ;-)

This is the best place to stay in the area! The owner is great to communicate with, the house has everything you could need or forget and it is immaculate. The walk out private beach is just perfect. We have stayed here several times and will be back again for sure!

I can't say enough about this place. It was spotless apon arrival , has everything you could possibly want or need and it is beautiful! The beach is so nice and we fished off the dock everyday. This is the best place we have ever stayed and we have stayed at many up and down the gulf coast. This will be our vacation spot for now on !!!

This is a beautiful property! The house was extremely clean. The host have taken great consideration with all the amenities provided. There was no shortage in activities available. We had never stayed on the bayside and it was amazing, especially with the pier. Dolphins swam under the pier and we saw a manatee too. The house was so comfortable and had so many amenities (paddle boards, kayaks, umbrellas and chairs) that were available for our use. We also rented the golfcart and it was well worth the money, using it to get to and from the beach and fishing pier. We plan to stay in this house in the future!

A Week at the Beach

The only complaint we can make is the weather, which we realize no one can do anything about. Brief multiple thunderstorms made it necessary to get out of and back into the water frequently. The house was wonderful as always (we have stayed there before) and the beach and private pier set up for fishing was perfect. There was something for everyone, even us older people with bad knees with the new elevator.

My wife and I have been vacationing in Navarre for 25 years and decided to buy this future retirement home in 2010. Since then, we have renovated every aspect of the property/home and continually upgrade and more recently: private Fishing Pier, new Elevator, Exterior Makeover and Pavers in Driveway. We are glad we can share our 2nd home with others so they can make family memories here, like the ones I have when my parents brought us to Navarre every summer.
