The house features a small hallway leading into a spacious living and dining area. There’s a TV and a wardrobe for your clothes. From the sofa, you can enjoy a lovely view of the garden and terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and baking. The bathroom is generous, offering both a shower and a bathtub. Next to the bedroom, you’ll find a studio with art books and two wicker chairs for relaxed reading. A floor lamp creates a cozy evening atmosphere. The bedroom has two beds (1.40 m and 90 cm) and blackout curtains. All windows offer views of the green garden or the pond.



Köckern is a quiet village in Sandersdorf-Brehna. The house is right by a country lane leading to a small lake. Nearby, you’ll also find a playground and a volleyball court. Halle is 20 minutes away, Bitterfeld and the Goitzsche Lake District are 10 minutes away, and Leipzig is about half an hour’s drive.
