It features a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning with three units throughout the house, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Family amenities include a baby bed and highchair.

The private outdoor pool comes with sunbeds and provides beautiful views of the sea and coves. The main terrace is spacious with dining space, while another terrace in front of the main bedroom offers additional privacy.



Parking includes one covered space at the property and another outside parking place. Pets are welcome, but events and smoking are not permitted. Beach towels are provided. A shared tennis court is available within a 15-minute walk.



Please note that the villa is split into various levels connected by exterior garden stairs, requiring stair access to reach the main floors, garden, and pool. The location offers tranquility while being just minutes from vibrant Almuñécar, a year-round tourist destination with activities, sports, cultural sites, and exceptional gastronomy. The house and gardens are well maintained, and the property is never shared with other guests or owners.



The 4th bedroom on the lower floor is only available when the total number of guests exceeds six adults. If there are six or fewer guests, this room can be opened upon request for an extra fee.
