Front row seat on a world class polo field, the same field where Prince William played, and Oprah held her giant yard sale. This ground floor, corner, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a wrap-around patio facing two polo fields, ocean and island views, and the best sunsets. Easy to locate from Freeway 101, the condo is close to two beaches, public transportation, hiking and shopping. The grounds are very quiet off season, and during polo season (May to Oct) it is an exciting place to be. The gated grounds offer safety, a pool, mountain views, and a one mile unofficial track for taking that walk after dinner. Located between Santa Barbara and Carpinteria, there are a lot of activities to take advantage of. You can even take polo lessons on the grounds, behind the stables.

The master bedroom has a large king bed, sliding glass door with shutters overlooking the ocean, polo field and patio. It has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a very large comfy chair to read in. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and a window that opens into the lush vegetation, very private. The third bedroom contains two twin beds, a large closet, and a front window also with shutters.

The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen, cable, internet access, floor to ceiling windows and shutters, original oil paintings, plenty of light and ocean views. Dining area is adjacent to the living room and has a large teak table that expands with 2 leaves to comfortably seat 8 to 10 people. The fully stocked kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, has a built in sub-zero fridge, Bosch dishwater, granite counter tops and a new electric 5 burner flat stove top with both a regular oven and a convection option. Even some spices are provided. Bathrooms are also tiled, with two full showers, one with a tub. The patio has lots of outdoor seating, lighting, two BBQ's, one large for coals , the other propane, fire pit and an outdoor dining table. New washer and driers are included in the unit.
