I really appreciate that you can bring up to four dogs and there is no weight or breed limit. It's hard to travel with my three dogs because two are pit bulls and the other is over 60 pounds. This is truly a pet friendly residence. The back yard is large and fenced in. My dogs loved it.

Everything was comfortable. The host was easy to reach and made me feel welcome, especially with a cat and dog. All we needed to bring were personal items and food. Wonderful location (minutes to everything). Best house and host I've rented from in years. Will recommend to anyone going to Gulfport/MS Coast area!

Awesome little place to stay for families

Let me just start by saying the host at this property are top notch! The nicest, most accommodating people you will ever meet. The house is great. A few cosmetic blemishes and they are currently working on restoring the property to it's full potential (fixing the second bathroom, outside cosmetics)but the house is a nice, homely, little beach house. I stayed with my wife and 4 children at it was perfect for us. Animal friendly, kid friendly, we truly injoyed every minute of our stay. If your looking for a nice, cheap, beach house for a family trip...this is the one.

Mardi Gras Get Away

We met Mr. Robert who was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. Large comfortable house. Nice kitchen and grill. it had everything we needed. The TV is a nice larger flatscreen. It was right near the beach and Island View. The only thing is one of the bathrooms is being renovated and the shower in the other bathroom is very tiny, but it did the job. We had a nice, quiet, relaxing getaway with our lil dog to get away from Mardi Gras. We would definitely go back in the future.

2nd stay

This was a second stay at this property. We chose this because we were bringing our black lab and there is a fenced yard. The first time we stayed we excused the need to exclude the bathroom next to the master bedroom but a year later this has not been completed . Both of us are now at an age where ambling off to the bathroom in the middle of the night is common. We had use of the bathroom at the other end of

You get what you pay for...

Being one of the cheaper rentals I looked at in the area, I knew we weren't going to be staying at a luxury resort or anything. The owner was nice, communication was good. No issues there. The house on the other hand was a little run down. On the outside there was siding missing and trim boards rotting away. On the inside... it was in desperate need of a deep clean (which WE did, took a few hours), the couch is from the 90's and it has the stains/dirt to prove it. The owner has part of the house blocked off with a makeshift wall and door. He claimed "its where me and my wife stay sometime, but only when the house isnt being rented". This really doesn't make much since because if the house isn't being rented out, just stay in the main house area.. not your little secret room. Really kinda weird now that I think about it. On the plus side, he's pet friendly!

Okay stay but have a finished house before renting

Overall it was an okay stay. I am not writing this to be rude but there were several things that made our stay not enjoyable. The outside of the house was rough but inside was nice until we looked further. The main bathroom by the bedrooms was “under construction“. So 7 of us had to use one tiny bathroom. Just one set of towels that we had to reuse the entire week. We were also only given 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people, 1 was in diapers. The bathroom floor dropped and we almost tripped in the night getting to the bathroom as well as cracked tile, which is not safe for small children. Wifi barely worked, we had to keep resetting it and pausing etc unplugging modem, just to watch 15 minutes and it shut off again. The house was almost 78 degrees when we first came in but cooled down pretty much the rest of the week. I don’t think it was from not being able to keep up with the heat, more so just not being turned on for days until we had arrived. Electrical wires were not covered in the bedroom and there were no curtains to block the bright street lights from the street in our rooms. The beds were super hard, tiny and uncomfortable. The couch looked like it had been there for years with stains and even a pull cord rigged to get the foot stool out instead of a handle. I was surprised there were pans, plates etc there. Even seasonings, coffee and trash bags. Last thing which I’m sure is native to the area but found 2 huge cockroaches at night. We messaged the owner with na.

Loved it.

Came to MS for Thanksgiving, this was the only thing open in our time frame that accepted two pets. Our fur babies loved the fenced in yard. Super quick walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood as well. The difference in the pics on the listing and when we got there was a new tv, bunk beds in one room, and he’s remodeling one bathroom so there’s a temporary stand up shower in one. Over all loved our stay.

Overall it was an OK stay. The grass was in desperate need of mowing. Our little furry friend had a hard time getting around in the back yard. Found some small trash in one of the bedrooms that got missed cleaning up. No big deal. Only one bathroom in service and the shower is very small. Don't drop the soap! There is not enough room to bend over to pick it up. Location was explained well in the description. Nice water park between the beach and property to rinse off before returning to property which was nice. It looks like there has been some upgrades to the property. Wood floors are beautiful. Nice sized kitchen that was equipped well. Had utensils for grilling outside which was nice. Grill was clean and ready to use. TV has been upgraded from the fat back TV that is in the picture. I feel the price of this stay was high compared to the quality of stay. Not a bad place to stay but would research other options before choosing this one again, especially since there was no cancellation what-so-ever.

Great for family!

Robert’s property was great for our three day stay. As a family of 4, it worked well that the kids each had their own room and space. Everything was well stocked and clean. The kitchen was easy to maneuver and the couch was nice for evening relaxing. There could definitely be some updates made and the single bathroom was small, but we knew exactly what we were getting and the property in person was much nicer than the pictures. He was easy to communicate with. Close to aquarium, ship island, and ocean springs. The beach down past the ship yard on the east side was more family friendly.

Nice quint charm

Prpoerty owners Robert and Joanne met us upon arrival to show us around. Very friendly. Property met our needs. Home is older and under some renovation. But it was clean, charmingly quaint with a beach cottage vibe. Quiet neighborhood. Near enough to to all our activities. Would consider staying again should we visit area again in the future.

Needs some TLC

This is an older property that is in need of serious updates. It's a great location, close to the beach, a great yard and clean. But the main bathroom is unavailable, you have to use a second bathroom off the kitchen and not quite finished. The sofa is worn out as is the front porch chairs and the beds were just so-so. There is something peeling off the windows. The kitchen is nice. Just a few improvements can make this a 5 star stay. There is lots of good about it, but the bad side shows a lack of overall attention.

Right a place Right time!

Robert is a great host we had no trouble finding the house and let me tell you,we will be back here,so comfortable ,very clean, complete with everything you need except food,this was our first time with VRBO this is the way to go,The fenced yard for Bubbles was great,she was comfortable as well she never eats when we travel,not here just like home,beautiful area beautiful area friendly neighbors,short walk to park and beach,short drive to pet allowable beach.Im still getting the white sugary sand out of my car.☺️

Loved it

We had a great time. It was so nice to be able to have our fur babies with us. The kids really enjoyed it too. The walks to the beach were awesome. Robert was so nice and communication with him was easy.

Beach trip

Biloxi beach retreat

This home has a great location. It's convenient to the beach, near by park for the whole family as well as Island View Casino. It's roomy enough for 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Yard complete with grill. Only small problem is one bathroom but it can be worked out as we did. Will definitely stay here again.
