There’s no better place to stay In West Palm Beach. If you’re looking for the best spot at the best location, this is it. Whether it’s a night, a weekend, a week, a month, this is the spot! Perry is an amazing host and I hope to have many stays here. Best I’ve been to.

Great location with easy access to everything! Quiet, we never saw neighbors after the amazing man next door helped us with our luggage! Perry was always available and answered all questions quickly.

The perfect place to stay

Loved everything about this place. The host was very helpful and made sure everything was comfortable. It felt like home. Very convenient location and easy to get to. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal—about a 30-minute walk to the beach, which made for a nice start and end to the day. It was also the perfect spot for attending the Tony Robbins event at the convention center, just a short walk away, which made getting back and forth incredibly convenient.The space itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Communication with the host was clear and easy, and we felt well taken care of throughout.Overall, a great place to stay whether you’re in town for an event or just to enjoy the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

First time in West Palm

Perry was a kind host who walked me through all questions in a timely fashion. The location of the condo is in a great location. Having everything in walking distance is a huge plus.

Great apartment!

This was a lovely apartment. It was filled with so many helpful things. Very comfortable with ample towels and luxurious sheets. Washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful for keeping up with laundry. Excellent accommodations!

Memorable Stay

The location was in the center of West Palm Beach, very near the airport, and a short walk to shopping, including groceries and restaurants. We were visiting with our son who lives within a 12 minute drive. The property owner responded within minutes every time I reached out with a question. My wife and I definitely would stay here again and recommend the unit to friends and family.

Convenient

Location is very good, the pool is inconvenient and amongst another 200 units that truly has space for 16 people. Needs a deep cleaning, the floor was filthy. A little TLC in this condo could go a long way.

Mrs. Colleen H., Thank you for your opinion, however, it appears to conflict with 24 other vrbo guest’s positive opinions who have submitted 5 star reviews reporting an immaculately clean condo. More specifically, you are the only negative review in over 150 stays over various platforms. We take your comment very serious and take immense pride in our family business and hard earned vrbo superhost status. In several conversations you never mentioned a cleanliness issue. Had you done so we would have resent housekeeping and suggested the use of the robotic vac/mop robot visually present during your entire stay. Regarding the pool, many guests find the 5 minute garden walk to the pool not only convient but scenic as well. We certainly respect your opinion and strive to make each and every stay as enjoyable as possible and will continue to make updates accordingly.

Perfectly convenient

Our original plan to stay in a house in Cape Coral was cancelled due to hurricane Ian. Without many houses available we decided to try something different and we had a wonderful stay. Everything was easy and as advertised. We golfed every day, came back and relaxed for a bit before walking a few minutes to dinner. The City Place area was incredible. We didn’t drive anywhere except the golf courses. Everything went perfectly. We would stay again!

City Center Pleasure

The condo was quite in an active City Center….especially around the Holiday. The place was nice and well stocked with all the essentials you would need. The only area that could be better was the lighting was not as bright as i like ( i am getting old!!). Also there is a building be constructed behind the building that could be loud noise at times. However i definitely would come back on my next visit as you could walk everywhere and i barely needed my auto.

cleanliness

The towels were wet in the washing machine. The comforter was still in the Dryer. There were finger prints all over the tables. The glasses in the cabinet were visibly dirty. It just looks like there was not much effort in cleaning between check in. My colleague was only there a short time, and chose not to eat in the apt.

We apologize the condo was not up to your colleague’s expectations. If he would have notified us we would have happily had our cleaning crew go back to take care of any concerns immediately. I believe the review is to be left by the person staying in the condo. As you can see from our reviews this has never been an issue in the past and we do apologize for the inconvenience.

Perfect Local/Clean!!

My wife and I came to WPB for the week to get my son situated in school. Perry's condo is excellent in every respect. Located in upscale neighborhood with Publix grocery store around the corner and "The Square" full of shops, Starbucks and a fountain that children regularly play in just a block away. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee pods, laundry and bathroom soaps, etc, waiting for us. We packed light so the in-unit washer/dryer was great to have. It is a third floor walk up-really 2 sets of stairs, so those with health conditions should be aware but otherwise, perfect! Perry is super responsive and always available. The building is gated and super secure but, really, the whole area felt super safe. And the beach is literally 9 minutes away! Just perfect!

Needs some more work

The apartment at 580 South Sapidillo is well located. It’s only a few blocks to busy City Place and the Kravis Center, for theater and music.The interior facilities - air conditioning, washer/dryer. kitchen appliances - worked well.But the low ranking is based on the following experiences:* The apartment was poorly serviced when we arrived. The washing machine had wet dirty sheets and towels, there was left-over food in the refrigerator, and essential items - like soaps and toilet paper - weren’t provided.* The living room was poorly equipped. The single large sofa was uncomfortable to sit in, there were no lounge chairs, no tables for holding a coffee cup, and the single bright light was in the ceiling and controlled by a dangling change.* The most significant problem was that it was a third floor, walk up apartment, Carrying luggage and supplies was very awkward. And most importantly, this was not disclosed in the VRBO write up. We have posted a complaint with VRBO.

Great Stay

We had to evacuate our home due to Hurricane Ian and we were fortunate enough to find this great rental. We were traveling with our cat and infant so finding a safe, pet-friendly rental was a must. This unit was located In a great neighborhood, plenty of restaurants/shopping within walking distance, and it’s only a short drive to the beach. Perry was a great host, very responsive, and he went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
