WELCOME

Siesta Key Beach is the perfect spot for sunning, shelling, or taking a siesta. The Palm Bay Club is known for its resort amenities: two heated swimming pools, large hot tub, lighted tennis courts, beach side grills, boat docks, fishing pier, game room with ping pong table, exercise room for both men and women and more. There is free Wi-Fi wireless internet access in all rooms and pool areas!
There is a Palm Bay resort Fee of $15 per day with a maximum of 10 days.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATH
The master bedroom features a King size bed with new mattress and box springs. There is a matching full length dresser with mirror and two bedside tables with lamps. There is a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The master bath has been totally updated with new tile floors, shower, and new granite sink top.

GUEST BEDROOM
The guest bedroom has new bedroom furniture with two twin beds with night stand and a full dresser. There is a large flat screen TV in the guest bedroom. The second bath is located next to the guest bedroom. This bathroom has also been totally updated with new tile on the floors, shower/tub area, and new granite top. This bathroom has a tub with shower.

All towels and linens are provided including beach towels.


KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has been totally updated with new cabinets, new appliances which consists of a french door refrigerator with bottom freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, flat top stove with self cleaning oven, built in microwave, and disposal. Other features are a coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, etc. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We have also laid new tile in the kitchen floor.


LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM
The living room has a sofa and two chaise lounge chairs for your comfort while relaxing and watching cable TV. The living room floor has been replaced with new tile. There is a flat screen TV, DVR and DVD player in the living room. The dining room adjoins the living room and offers a table and 6 chairs.

The condo is approximately 1100 sq ft and has been recently painted, new tile floors throughout, updated kitchen and bathrooms.


LOCATION
Our condo is located on the Gulf side and is a short stroll to the beach which has the beautiful white quartz sand that Siesta Key is known for. Siesta Key is rated the #1 beach in the country. The white sandy beach does not get hot and is very nice to walk on when taking your walks on the beach or watching the sunsets. The Sunsets are beautiful!! You won't want to miss seeing the sunsets. You may also want to see the Drum Circle that is on Siesta Key Beach every Sunday evening.

The condo association provides beach chairs for the guests staying at Palm Bay Club. You can also rent cabanas and umbrellas if desired.

We had such a wonderful time! The unit was immaculately clean and stocked with essentials like coffee filters(!!). We met neighbors right away. The whole town is friendly and quiet. The walk to the beach took less than a minute with no roads to cross. The beach trolly stop was right at the end of the driveway so we were out seeing everything there was to see. Phyllis proactively communicated in constructive yet unobtrusive ways. We could not have been more pleased.

Hurricane Helena /rated our house on the beach

We actually did not end up staying at Palm Bay due to hurricane Helena. Phyllis was amazing and offered us her other condo in Siesta Key located at our house on the beach. We had a great stay and her condo was beautiful with everything we needed. Close to the beach, all the amenities you could ever need. Phyllis called to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Class act and we are so appreciative of her kindness. Definitely would rent from them again!

Wonderful!

Phylis, the property manager, made sure we had all of the details needed for check-in, and promptly answered any questions I had. I felt good about staying someplace we hadn’t been to before. The unit was perfect for us! It’s in a great location on the property, central to every place- the pool, beach, office, fitness center, even near the laundry room and trash drop off location. Super convenient! The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time and hope to be returning someday!

2 bed 2 batch (shower ,tub) kids beds are too small for teens (my are 15-17 y), location is perfect gated property stuff very helpful, close to the beach, nice pool,apartment is on ground floor easy-to-use, laundry room is located next to apartment pay by app., wifi works good, tv in bedrooms and living (base cable) in closet you can find some beach toys for kids umbrella and cooler (beach chairs are on the beach )only what you need is the towels one mile walk to siesta beach , one car parking spot included we enjoyed one week of vacation!!!!!

Good Vacation

Generally a good stay. There was some confusion around access to the community (never received a code) but that worked itself out. Phyliss told us that the guests before us left the place a mess so I don't blame her for the smell in the unit that went away after our second day of airing it out. The location was great, the community was nice and the unit had everything you could need and more.

From North to South

Another spectacular stay at this property. This is our second year at the property and all went so smoothly. We drove down from Toronto, Canada and was greated with very clean accommodations as we walked through the door. We enjoy cooking, so we always plan to have a few evening meals at the dinning table, which seats 6 very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked and we had no challenges cooking or preparing. One last item I'd like to mention...my adult nephew and his family stayed at another unit with their 3 kids , we were delighted to discover sand toys, which kept the kids busy for hours on the beach! From check-in to the check-out our stay was wonderful. Thank you Phyllis ❤️

Had a great week here! Beautiful warm pools, spa, and the most beautiful beach! House was well equipped with everything needed including beach things, beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and owners were nice enough to check on us after arrival and prior to our leaving! Would stay again!

The condo was very clean and in a great location, Had everything we needed, cooking utensils, beach gear and towels,owner had great communication with us as far as anuthing we needed. Weather was great, got lucky, week before hurricane! I would highly recommend and would like to stay there again. Great beach, workers there deliver your beach chairs where you would like them. Would like to look into renting in the winter for a month or two. We had a great time!

Summer 2023 Siesta Key

Siesta Key was beautiful, relaxing and warm. Water temp was like a hot tub. The condo was stellar. So clean ( and I’m very picky) , beautifully updated, all the amenities. I wish there was a washer/dryer in the condo but it was right there and always available. Phyllis was attentive and responsive. Would definitely return! Highly recommend!

Great other than bugs

I loved everything about this until we found some palmetto bugs, which to me are cockroaches. The owner got someone out pronto , but we had plans and were not there when treated , found more the next night. I had a hard time sleeping after that and we had to wash everything , which took time and money away from us. No compensation offered.

Siesta Key Beach Condo

My family and I loved our stay in this lovely condo in Palm Bay Club, Siesta Key Beach, FL. We have stayed in Palm Bay Club a few times before but we loved this condo the most thus far. It was very clean and nicely updated. It also had fitting beach decorations. Check-in and check-out process was simple and as instructed. During our week-long stay, the weather was enjoyable and we spent most of the day at the beach or at the pool. We also were able to watch a fireworks show on the beach for the fourth of July. The Condo associations’ office also let us bring my emotional support dog which was forever appreciated - We had to send over our documentation for their review and approval. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we ever revisit!

We are originally from Ohio and had vacationed here at Siesta Key for over 25 years. We loved the area and purchased our first condo in 1993. We sold that condo and bought the condo at Palm Bay Club.

We moved here in 2006 and now live in South Venice area. We are hands on owners and managers of our condo.

We liked the amenities that the Palm Bay Club had to offer. Palm Bay is one of the top condo resorts on Siesta Key. Before moving to Florida we would vacation here at least 3 times a year. We love Siesta Key Beach. It is beautiful!
