We want you to know that, as always, we here at the Lake Effect Lodge are committed to making your stay as comfortable and worry free as possible. Because of this time of uncertainty, we have taken extra precautions to increase our cleaning and sanitizing processes.

• We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
• We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear
protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
• We provide extra cleaning supplies for guest use such as, multi-surface cleaner and
disinfectant spray
• We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

-No pets allowed without permission. Additional pet fees may apply.
-No events, parties or large gatherings

We provide an initial starter set of toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom, dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
-Remove all perishable items
-Take out the trash
-Load and start the dishwasher
-Strip linens from the bed
-Place all used linens and towels in a pile.
-Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
-Close and lock all windows and doors
-Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.
