Redfield, NY Tug Hill Cabin on Fox Road (Snowmobile Trail C-4) Designed and built by the owner in 2015 allowing guests to Snowmobile and ATV right out the door! Current openings for MLK weekend. The trails held their base and the forecast is great. Trails are open. Book now before it’s too late. Legal ATV Riding right out the front door with connection to the Tug Hill Trail System, Oswego County ATV Trails or Osceola ATV Club Trails. The Redfield Snowmobile Association grooms right in front of the cabin. There is nearly a mile of private serene nature trails on the property right out of the door where you are sure to see deer, turkey, and more. This is the perfect getaway for Snowmobiling, ATVing, Snow Shoeing, X-county Skiing, Fishing, Boating, Hiking, Nature Walks, Hunting, or Just Relaxing! Prime World Class Salmon River Fishing is only about a 20 minute drive! The Beautiful Salmon River Reservoir which is great for boating, swimming, kayaking, and fishing is just over 2 miles away and has a nice boat launch with plenty of parking.

The Cabin is 1300 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Includes an 8'x16' covered Adirondack style front porch with gas grill and pub style table and stools all that leads into an 8'x8' entry/mudroom with plenty of space for your riding and winter gear. The main cabin area offers a 55” flat panel Smart TV, High Speed Verizon Fios WiFi, couch and loveseat in living room, dining room table and chairs that seat 8 plus 2 at a counter top bar. The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The downstairs bathroom has a front load washer/dryer set and a custom tiled shower.

There are 2 queen bedrooms down, 1 Queen Bedroom upstairs, and the other upstairs bedroom has a full bottom/twin top bunk and a separate twin. Also there is a full futon upstairs and a full bathroom upstairs as well.

All mattresses are 100% Natural American Made and all the beds are custom made. No details have been left out on this cabin. The cabin is heated with Electric Baseboards and a Propane Furnace.

ATV and SXS Access right out the door to Tug Hill Oswego County and Osceola ATV Trails.

You will not find a better snowmobile cabin with an average annual snowfall around 300 inches. The road the cabin is on becomes the main snowmobile trail in the winter. Great access right out the door to all of Tug Hill and the Adirondacks. Winter parking for the cabin is about 800' away. We own the property the plow turns around on and provide winter parking for guests there with room for up to 4 trucks with trailers. We also provide a pull behind sled for bringing over your supply's to the cabin from the parking area.

There are about 8 restaurants and/or taverns within 10 miles and a handful less than 5. There is also a reservoir with boat launch for kayaking, fishing, swimming, and boating within 2 miles and great ATV riding in the area. This cabin is also within about a 20 minute drive to prime Salmon River Fishing, 40 minutes to a great Lake Ontario Beach, and under an hour to Turning Stone Resort and Casino, and Destiny USA Shopping Center.

New Grill December 2023 and propane provided along with a stone fire pit with patio area, which is lit at night with string lights. The firepit includes chairs and some dry firewood is provided in a small woodshed. A large picnic table is also provided..

Some outdoor and indoor games are also provided. New handmade, hardwood cornhole boards added in 2023. Nature lovers will love the 10 acre private grove for morning walks or picnics with mowed trails throughout. Up to 3 Kayaks are available to rent and snow shoes may be available upon request.

Inside the cabin there is a guide that was created by the owner to all the local area attractions, things to do, and restaurants. The cabin also has a security camera on the driveway.
