ROMANTIC ESCAPE! BOUTIQUE BEACH CONDO WITH BAY VIEW & ROOFTOP POOL. This METICULOUSLY CLEAN condo is on the top floor with partial view Vanderbilt Bay and steps to Vanderbilt Beach.

Escape to paradise at this charming one-bedroom condo. The fully equipped unit is just steps from pristine Vanderbilt Beach and offers rooftop pool. Relax by the pool or explore nearby Mercato, a vibrant shopping and dining destination. Perfect for a romantic getaway, this condo comfortably accommodates two adults.

We are owners who manage and maintain the condos we offer to vacationers looking for a fun and carefree getaway. (Note: Many of our vacationers are repeat customers and book directly with us. This romantic, cozy and eclectic turnkey condo has it all whether you want to take it slow and easy basking at the beach with provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels or relax up at the rooftop pool or take romantic walks along a sunset beach.

Enjoy your comfy Lanai overlooking the bay as you sip coffee, tea or Martini, or relax in the living room watching the 50 inch TV. Condo features boudoir-like alcove bedroom with 27 inch TV and queen size platform bed over 4 large drawers and separate chest of drawers. Wi-fi and cable are included. Washer and dryer are in unit. The kitchen has first-class appliances, dishwasher, disposal and granite countertops..

Walk to the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort, the Turtle Club or the Lighthouse Restaurant for their famous Grouper Reuben sandwich. One mile close is The Mercato with world class restaurants, clubs, fine shopping, a luxury state of the art movie theater and outdoor concerts and fairs. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Publix are all nearby.

Excellent vacation stay in Naples, Florida at an affordable price

Very vlean and well appointed 1 bedroom condo in a very safe neighborhood. Everything was within this condo that you would expect with a Verbal or AreBandB (dishes, spices, cooking abilities, full-size refrigerator, towels, bedding, beach and roof-top pool amenities, etc).Condo was very cute, clean, with outside screened-in lanai with dining area. Nice view of water between neighboring condos. Comfortable furniture with electric reclining loveseat, television, coffee table, etc.Bed was Comfortable, bathroom fully stocked.As this is a 2nd floor condo, elevator allowed for easy access to this condo, as well as the 3rd floor roof top pool-- which was nicely warm and spacious with lots of reclining lounge chairs for sun bathing. Parking in covered, assigned spots was excellent!Our host Bernice was immediately accessible and responded quickly with any questions we had. Neighborhood has a building under contruction, but they didn't start until after 7am and noise pretty well stopped around 3pm. This didn’t bother us, as the condo seems well built with noise cancelation in its design.The beach was fantastic and totally in walking distance (roughly 2 blocks down populated area sidwalk, no fears). Water was clean, warm, well maintained. Gorgeous sunsets every night, no "peddlers", and wonderful days in the sun.Overall, we eould definitely recommend Bernice and her condos in Naples, Florida for a very nice vacation getaway!

Vanderbilt Beach

We had a wonderful stay; enjoyed the beach and the pool. Being January, the weather was lovely, and we made the best of our stay. Loved being a block away from the beach with a white, heavy sand, which did not get in our eyes even when windy. We liked the proximity to places to eat to walk the neighborhood, admiring the houses on the canals.

Amazing location?

Very clean property with great hosts who go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great stay. The noise from the nearby construction is a lot but the price reflects this. The rooftop pool is great!

Relaxing stay close to the beach!

Clean, organized, and everything it was billed to be. Bernice is an excellent host who connected with me before, during, and after the trip. If you want a nice place to stay with a tuned in host, steps from the beach…this is your spot! We’ll be back.

Bernice and Steve are excellent hosts! They are hospitable and responsive. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed for over a week. Excellent location close to Vanderbilt beach. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Thank you so much!

Property was super clean nice view of the water check in was at 4pm we were having lunch at the Ritz Carton 2 blocks away when Bernice called and told us unit was ready and we could check in early the owners of this unit Bernice and Steve were very accommodating loved our stay would not hesitate to book again.

Location - Location - Location

If you're looking for a condo what provides a short walk to the gulf and easy walks to quality restaurants, this is the one for you. This condo has a view of the bay, is very clean and has everything you need to begin your vacation. Bernice and Steve are great hosts. If you have any questions or concerns, they are available 24/7. We had a wonderful time.

Great getaway

We stayed at this perfect condo for a week, 2/12-2/19/22. Perfect= Clean, bright, comfortable. All the amenities. The view from the lanai is an inlet (bay, lagoon?) and the beach is an easy walk, less than a block away. The owners, Bernice and Steven are terrific! Welcoming, yet unobtrusive, they live right across the street from the condo, and although we barely saw them, it was nice to know they were there. Just a text away, Bernice was always handy with suggestions of what to do in the area, and even a sweet good morning text now and then! We would certainly recommend this condo for a couple looking for some time away on beautiful white sand beaches (or rooftop swimming pool 😉). All in all, a great stay! Thank you Neecee and Steven!

Naples/Vanderbilt Beach short getaway

The condo that my husband and I rented at Vanderbilt Beach in Naples was exactly as pictured on VRBO, very clean, nice amenities, lovely view from the lanai and easy walking distance to beautiful Vanderbilt beach. Our hosts Bernice and Steven were very nice and always available, but our short vacation was great and we had no problems at all.

Excellent stay at Vanderbilt Beach condo of Bernice and Steve. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the terrific condo. The place was fully equipped including even a dishwasher, washer and dryer which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owners are extremely accommodating and located nearby for any questions or help that we required. The location is excellent and its convenience to the beach is great. In addition there is a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

Our Anniversary Trip

We were looking forward to finally getting away after a tough year. We were so happy with our condo! The building has only 2 stories with a pool on the roof! The pool was warm with brillant views. The beach is a short walk and they provided beach chairs, umbrella and towels. We had our morning coffee with the view of the lagoon. We are looking forward to our next stay here. The owners live across the street and are so nice and helpful.

Amazing rooftop pool

The rooftop pool is amazing! The location is safe, the owners are so helpful and friendly, they gave recommendations for the area which was great. The unit had everything one would need...towels, beach chairs, WiFi, appliances, etc. The only drawback is the unit is not a true 1BR, it has an alcove (so no bedroom door). I would absolutely return to this property, the owners do a great job ensuring you have everything you need.

5 stars just isn't enough!

BOOK IT NOW! This place exceeded every expectation we had! First off, they were extremely accommodating for us. We got such a warm welcome and got such great recommendations for the area. The place itself was super clean and had a lanai porch overlooking the water which was so beautiful and relaxing. The property is only a 3 minute walk away which you just cannot beat for the price! The beach itself is clean, calm, and has an incredible view of the sunset. There are a few places right within walking distance to eat with is awesome and you are just a short drive away from MANY other stores and restaurants. The pool deck was also incredible - there was a CLEAN pool and hot tub overlooking the water. Plus, it was never too busy! You are a short drive over to some of the other local beaches like Naples Beach and Lowdermilk Park (You are provided a parking space too!) Neecee & Stephen - thank you for being such incredible hosts! We will definitely be back!

Very nice place overall

The view is a little misleading, but the location is terrific. Only one long block away from Vanderbilt Beach. The condo is not a true one bedroom, but there is a wall between the kitchen/living room and the sleeping area. The owners are terrific to deal with and will check in to make sure everything is good. The bathroom is somewhat dated, but the place is clean and comfortable. Overall, it is a solid value.
