This charming studio is centrally located on one of Noe Valley's most famous and iconic blocks, two blocks to shopping on 24th Street and three blocks to Valencia Street; San Francisco's newest and hottest neighborhood. Some of San Francisco's finest restaurants and cafes as well as shopping are all close by. This studio offers a comfortably furnished, spacious accommodation that opens out onto its own private and sunny deck. It features a queen-sized bed, its own private entrance, private bath (shower), and small kitchenette with bar refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker and toaster.. Flat screen HD TV, Direct TV service, DVD player, and Complimentary WiFi are all included. Complimentary parking (with some restrictions) is offered. Please ask for details.
Public transportation is close at hand with BART just a few blocks away and the 'J' Church street car stop just two blocks away. Other municipal bus lines are all close at hand.

Great studio in Noe Valley!

This studio was everything we needed for our stay in San Francisco. The neighborhood is great and pretty central to a lot of sites. The parking space really came in handy as a lot of street parking is 2 hour only. The bed is super comfy!

Nice room, good bed and gracious host. The room could use a bit of "fleshing up" like paint. BUT it was clean and comfortable. We would stay again!

This cozy space was just right for us while we visited family in the Noe Valley. The host, David, was helpful and quick to respond, accommodating our late arrival, and allowing us to store bags after checkout until our flight. We had a great time staying at the studio: it's a nice space, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and small kitchen area were nice and the location was great: near cafes, a grocery store, BART and the J Train! Perfect for San Francisco Experience

This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a centralized location for seeing the city and day trips. My partner and I got to Sausalito easily and were able to navigate the city with little to no trouble. David is very responsive and looks out for guests - we had some car trouble and he was immediately available. Only thing to consider is there is no traditional kitchen so keep that in mind when planning meals! Overall great experience, loved sitting on the patio with coffee and breakfast.

Great apartment in Noe. Valley

This place is a gem. Compact but very comfortable. Dave the owner was very cooperative and helpful. Bed is high quality and comfortable. With a small kitchen w microwave , fridge, toaster and kitchen dishes even coffee. Noe Valley is a great spot for walking and shopping. He even designated a saved parking spot for us. Our daughter lives in the areal we will definitely consider this for our nest trip. Denny

Great Location with transport links

Had two fantastic weeks staying with Dave. He was a delightful host. We were greeted on both weeks and Dave was kind enough to hold some luggage and some food stuffs we could use on our second week. The unit is a great space and is great value. As previous reviews say, the bed is super comfy which is great if you've been negotiating the hills of SF!! The J (Church) tram stop right around the corner if you don't want to tackle the hill. BART is a 10 minute walk. 24th St is 5 minutes away, a decent selection of restaurants and a whole foods supermarket. We would happily recommend this accommodation and would be more than happy to stay with Dave again. Thanks for a fantastic time.

Small, comfy, friendly host, parking - perfect!

Our room had a very comfortable bed, equipped kitchenette, dining table for 2 and spacious bathroom. Dave, our host, was very helpful and friendly. Free street parking was just at the end of the steps. Nice little terrace adjacent to the room. Overall- an enjoyable ‘home away from home’. Easy nearby access to public transportation, with a selection of shops, supermarket and restaurants. Not suited to people with mobility restrictions.

Great place to stay in SF

This was a great home base while visiting San Francisco. The Noe neighborhood is full of great places to eat and shop and Dolores Place is well located to get to places easily. The room is nice and great for two. We would stay there again.

Good base for exploration

Excellent location for exploring S.F. Lots of restaurants within 6-8 blocks, and the Muni J-line is only a block away. The room is a clean, efficient base for going in all directions. We also enjoyed an afternoon sipping wine on the patio.

Great location great stay

Very positive stay here. The host David thought out the details for you basic needs. Walking distance to many shops and close access for public transportation. The room was small but worked out fine. Great water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed. Communication with host was easy with quick response. If you have a rental parking all day is not an option. We had no issues as we were out and about. Parking space in from usually available for over night parking. Nice little terrace to sit and have coffee on. Not too much loud traffic after 730 or 800 pm. We barely heard the host who lives up stairs.

Excellent Location

My husband and I chose this location to be close to family who recently moved to Noe Valley. It is a beautiful neighborhood; a short walk to a charming downtown which is full of shops and restaurants. The unit itself is very small and rather dark which didn’t matter that much to us because we were out and about so much. A good cleaning, fresh paint and working refrigerator would go a long way.

There is and has been a small mini fridge/freezer in hallway right by the entrance door that is working perfectly . There is also additionally, a very small fridge in the unit that does not use a compressor so it is completely silent at night. I would not rent to this guest again.

Wonderful stay!

Excellent communication (with David the owner) from beginning to end, which made everything super easy for us. Quiet neighborhood in convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants of Noe Valley, Mission and Castro. We had everything we needed in the apartment, and the outside deck was lovely. Comfortable bed and great shower. Would definitely book this again!

Delores Place is a pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped studio apartment just a block from lively 24th Street in Noe Valley. Coffee, toiletries, dishes, a small fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee press make the unit self- sufficient for breakfast and there are a number of restaurants near by. The #48 bus runs on 24th street and links you to Bart and other trains to get around easily. It IS on the side of hill, so it can be a bit of workout on the return, depending upon your direction! Dave is an accommodating host. I will stay there again.

Lovely rental!

The perfect place for 1 or 2 people which offers a clean comfortable room with a deck outside your bedroom with a lovely view. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood, yet walking distance to everything you may need.
