Has everything you need for a relaxed stay in this quiet/peaceful neighborhood. located within 5 minute drive to Daly City BART station and Interstate 280 and SFSU, 6 minute walk SamTram (bus) & shopping. 15 minutes to downtown San Francisco & SFO airport.

GUEST ACCESS:
Full access to the two Bedrooms, Bathroom, Living Room, dining room, Kitchen and driveway. The backyard is a shared with guests staying in the back in law Studio Unit. but they have there own separate entrance.
We will be a good host and ask you to be a good guest. We speak English, Spanish, Cantonese and Mandarin. We are available by email, phone call or text to answer any questions.
OUR NEIGHBORHOOD:
Daly City is centrally situated close to San Francisco International Airport (SFO and downtown San Francisco), and has easy accessibility to the Bay Area's rapid transit network and highway system. An ideal location for an overnight rest during a longer California vacation or business trip. It's a 10-15 minute drive from my home to the airport. We are centrally situated in a safe, beautiful quiet residential neighborhood yet with close access to wonderful neighborhoods and anything else you could want in SF. Street Parking is free. Please don't block anyone's driveway.
Westlake Village is an ethnically diverse neighborhood with a broad mix of young families and working professionals. We are within a 5-minute walk of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and a library (and horse rides on the beach...). The 120 and 122 SamTrans bus lines provide good transit connectivity with the rest of the Bay Area -- bus stops are just minutes from my front door. Westlake Shopping Center is a 5 minute walk from the house where you can find restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, and other shops. Stonestown Galleria is a 5 min drive/15 min walk from the house, and home to the following retailers/services: * Trader Joe's * Macy's * Nordstrom * Chase * Bank of America * Sports Authority * Sephora * Apple
DIRECTIONS:

From the SFO Airport, you have a few options if you will not have a car.
Option#1, Best is to use UBER or LYFT (Approx. $20-$25) directly to the house. It will take approx. 15 minutes with no traffic.
Option#2 take a taxi (Approx. $35+Tips) directly to the house.
Option#3, if you will not have too much luggage then take the BART North to Daly City Station($8 per person), then transfer to #110 SamTrans bus ($2 per person) and tell driver you want to get off at John Daly Blvd & Eastgate Dr. The house its 2 minute walk from the bus stop.
To Downtown San Francisco.
The 120, 110, and 122 SamTrans bus lines provide good transit connectivity with the rest of the Bay Area -- bus stops are just minutes from my front door. The Daly City BART Station is a 20 minute walk from the studio. Or you can take the 120 SamTrans to the BART station (5 minutes). From The Daly City BART to downtown is a 15 minutes ride.
***We have SamTram and BART schedules inside the House. We also provide 2 Clipper Cards for use during your stay. You can use charge money into the cards at a discounted fare for use on all public transportation in the Bay Area***


OTHER INFORMATION:
1) The house is for a Maximum of 4 guests. If you bring an extra guest without prior approval from Host there will be a $500 penalty and a $50/night/person charge. No parties allowed.
2) The locked 3rd bedroom is my private/personal space. I will not be using it while you are there. Please do not enter the space.
3) do not move/disturb furniture or cameras outside the house. Front door, garage and backyard cameras are on 24 hour for your security.
4)Please no shoes inside the house.
5) the backdoor in the kitchen leads to the shared laundry area. The laundry area is shared with guests staying in suite in the back of the house.
6) There is a 1 bedroom guest suite in back of house (completely independent from main house with their own separate entrance which is rented and you may see the guests during your stay walking in and out from backyard.
MONTHLY RENTERS:
Ask host about availability of monthly rentals and pricing. If available, for more than a month an additional 1 month security deposit is required prior to arrival/checkin.
