3 bedroom 3 bath condo is located in meadow ridge area in Fraser Colorado. This condo has great access to all the winter activities the Fraser Valley has to offer! Located 6 miles from the Winter Park base, there is a free shuttle to the ski area that picks up within 150' of condo. Fraser tubing hills and cross country skiing are also close and convenient. Condo is located close to the clubhouse, with swimming, hot tubs, grills, tennis/racquetball courts. This condo is also very convenient to a variety of summer activities.
Bedroom #1 is on the main level, with a Queen bed and private bath
Bedroom #2 is on the main level, with a Queen bed and adjacent bath
Bedroom #3 is in an upper level loft, with a twin bunk bed and a trundle bed. Loft area has seating, tv and wii-perfect for the kids!
Unit easily accommodates 3 adult couples, or 2 families (4 adults plus 5 kids)
Free and ample parking
short term rental only-we use the condo half time in the winter, so don't want to rent it out for the full season

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children had a great stay in this cozy 3bed/3bath condo. It had all the comforts of home, easy access to grocery store, ski area, shops. We’d definitely stay here again!

The property is nicely distributed, all bedrooms have a private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are comfortably sized. I would have liked a gas fireplace instead, but everything else was perfect. The location was convenient for skiing and town access.

Great unit for one or two families

Great layout for a large family or a couple small ones. We had two adults and four kids, but could have easily fit more. Easy access to Winter Park Lift bus line and the neighborhood club house. Unit is a bit dated but very clean and well provisioned; a great value!

Cozy and Convenient!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. The cabin was perfect for our family of 5 and one of our friends. The condo has all necessities and it is very cozy. The outdoor pool is an added bonus for kiddos! We loved it! Easy to drive to WP to ski for the day or you can take the Lift bus. Dave was great to work with prior to check in.

Great VRBO near Winter Park!

We just wrapped up a two family visit between Christmas and New Year's Day. The VRBO was exactly as advertised. It provided plenty of rooms for our four adults and five kids. It is located close to Safeway and has access to a wonderful recreation center with racquetball courts, exercise room, sauna, heated outdoor pool, and two hot tubs. Kids loved the outdoor pool in December! The unit was clear, the kitchen stocked with everything that you need to cook, and the beds were comfortable. Wifi was included, so we could bring our Firestick. Owners were wonderful to work with and we recommend this VRBO. If you have time, check out Elevation Pizza. Delicious!!

Great stay!

Overall this was a great condo to rent for the weekend. Super close to Winter Park, very clean, great kitchen/living room, and very comfortable beds. The only issue we had was that the shuttle information in the welcome binder is outdated/incorrect. But beyond that we had a great time and would definitely book it again!

Outstanding time for family of 6, 3 teenagers

The ease of the full experience from start to finish was top notch! The communication with the owner from the time of reservation until check-in was just perfect. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had! Emails were timely and easily explained process. We would stay here again! 3 bathrooms were perfect cake-topper!

Fraser Condo in Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay here after coming through Poudre Canyon and then visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Kitchen was stocked with neccessary items, comfortable beds, very nice location. We visited while restrictions with Covid so was unable to use Club house amenities so kids were especially disappointed they couldn't swim in the pool. Two things for others in case they're looking for info. are you need to bring your own wash cloths for showering and there is no A/C. The downstairs was comfortable with windows open but upstairs room got warm without a window to open at night for sleeping. Overall rating is Good!

Fraser comfort.

This was our second time staying in this condo. It is in a great location just above the Safeway in Fraser. We spend our Christmas holiday here with our adult children. The condo is the perfect size and very cozy and clean. And David, the owner, is quick to respond to any question and helpful! Highly recommend this condo for either a winter vacation or summer fun!

Sleeps 7 comfortably- but the trundle bed is hard and you can feel the wood slats in the mattress. The front room is cold and could use a space heater. Kitchen well stocked

Condo was nicely laid out and well equipped. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The location is fantastic!! Super close to snow tubing and several ski locations. Plenty of restaurant options and Safeway is less than 5 minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay and lots of room

We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We like this location since it's near the clubhouse that has the hot tub, pool, basketball, etc. which is a great outlet for teenage boys :) and it's close to Safeway, the liquor store and is a quick drive to Winter Park and Mary Jane. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms really came in handy for 2 families and then the kids had their own room (was a double bunk with a pull out trundle bed) along with another teenager slept on the pull out couch. The loft bedroom is a nice and private space with its own bathroom, very handy. The owner was incredibly nice to deal with and had great communication. Overall a nice stay, thanks David!

Clean and comfortable condo. Great location for skiing at Winter Park and enjoying surrounding area.

We were so happy with this property. The 3 large bedrooms and 3 baths served us well. Nice kitchen looking out to dining area and living room. Loved having the fireplace and free firewood. Clubhouse and hot tub & pool were well maintained. Shuttle to Winter Park and surroundings was so convenient. Safeway just down the hill was great. Spent Christmas eve, Christmas day & day after enjoying the company of my adult children and spouses. David was a helpful host! Will recommend it to friends.

Great location. Plenty of room. Nice and clean.

This condo fit our family perfectly. Bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us. Great kitchen space. Washer and dryer was useful. Fireplace was cozy after a day out in the snow! The location was perfect as we traveled in and out of Winter Park, and north to Granby Ranch too. Conveniently close to HWY 40. We would definitely visit again!

David is an architect and Jackie is a dentist, both live in Boulder Colorado with their two sons. They share a love for the outdoors, and spend as much time as possible on the trails. Our boys are at the age that we can all enjoy the mountains together, on our mountain bikes or skis.

We have always preferred skiing at Mary Jane, and had a goal of owning a property in the area for many years. When this condo became available, we decided it was time. The condo is very close to our brother's cabin, so the area is a perfect family gathering place for us.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This place has great connectivity to the area amenities. There is a clubhouse right across the street for swimming, tennis, etc. There is a golf course nearby, and the bus service to the base of the ski area is extremely convenient to avoid remote parking and schlepping gear in the wintertime. Also, the red gate trail network is a short bike ride away, making this condo a great spot for mountain biking in the summer as well!
