Gite Ty Berniques in Pléneuf Val André: Perfect for Hikers, Cyclists, and Golfers

Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, golfing, or simply exploring, you’ll love the wide beaches of Ville Berneuf, Les Vallées, and Nantois, as well as the beautiful west-facing promenade at Val André, where you’ll find charming shops, bars, and restaurants.



The gite is just 800 m from the Vélomaritime cycle route and 1.5 km from the famous GR34 hiking trail. The stunning BlueGreen golf course in Pléneuf Val André is only a 4-minute drive away.



Cap Fréhel and Fort-Lalatte are about 30 minutes away along the coastal road, while the picturesque port of Erquy, renowned for scallop fishing, is just 20 minutes away. On the way to the promenade and Piégu port, you’ll pass through the center of Pléneuf, where you’ll find banks, pharmacies, bookstores, bakeries, a butcher, a small supermarket, and many other local shops.



Located in a quiet neighborhood, the gite has everything you need to relax, cook (oven, induction hob, microwave, utensils), unwind (books and games available), and enjoy the evening sun in a small garden area with a barbecue. Two bikes are available on request.



Recycling facilities are provided in the property.



IMPORTANT: The gite is attached to the main house. Out of respect for neighbors and the peaceful area, parties, loud gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. NOTE: The bedroom is upstairs and access to the gite is via three steps, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
