Located in Calviac-en-Périgord Noir, surrounded by lush forest ideal for nature lovers and those seeking to disconnect, this 37 m² holiday home welcomes up to 2 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen and a TV (connection sharing via your mobile only). For families, a baby cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children are provided.



Enjoy the private garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower offer relaxation. For active guests, there’s a playground, table tennis, pool table, tennis court, and shared fitness equipment.



You may bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), which must be kept on a leash. Parties are not allowed. On-site shared parking allows one car per accommodation. Self check-in is available. Access to the washing machine and dryer is available for an extra fee.



Mountain bikes can be rented on site for half or full days. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Pool privatization is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available on request for an extra fee. Please note there is video and audio recording in shared areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for your pet’s cleanliness in the home and common areas.
