Hello Dennis Thank you for you feedback. We appreciate knowing about issues that come up. We work diligently to quickly resolve any problems that arise. You are correct that VRBO changed our listing from 6 bedrooms to 7. This may have been during the Expedia buyout. Nonetheless, realizing this we addressed it immediately. You asked for extra sheets due to the excess people in your group per the contract. We sent our managers there to deliver sheets. The managers, while there, looked at the leaking faucet and confirmed that there was a leak and turned off that faucet. No additional damage occurred due to small leak and no smell was found by the manager and you AGREED with that at the time. No one was able to smell what you are indicating, including the husband of your daughter who slept in that room. We certainly are unable to address an issue that no one can see, feel or smell except your daughter. As to bats, every house in arrowhead on the lake is surrounded by bats, so yes, we have a service specifically to address this. Not all home owners do. It is part of our diligence. We also have a pest service monthly for mice and chipmunks that are also part of Lake Arrowhead. That is what responsible home owners do. Its a question you might want to ask when you stay in Lake Arrowhead. Do you have a pest service for mice, chipmunks and bats. I am sorry that your daughter and you chose to focus on this issue when we went out of our way to help in any way we could.

Hi Terri I’m glad your family enjoyed their stay and that you loved hanging out on the main level deck. Yes…for someone stairs adverse it would require just staying on the main level…which can be comfortably done since the master bedroom, kitchen and main level deck are on that level. You were great guests and I appreciated you telling us how many great memories you made with your family. You are always welcome to come back!!!

Hi Jill: Thank you for letting me know that the Internet was spotty. Spectrum does a firmware reset a couple of times a year and I’m sorry you had to put up with that when it was such an easy fix. And we are also sorry that you did not take advantage of all the fun activities in and around the area.
